We like product and it came the next day after ordering. Better instructions on how to fit and all bits of fittings would have made it easier to install. We have a left over valance.

the product was of great quality and cost me almost half what it would have with typical high street blind retailers.
the firm was easy to contact for a minor adjustment to my order which was dealt with quickly and helpfully.

Excellent ordering team and delivery was very prompt.
Customer care when dealing with a minor hick-up was equally good and to me that is all important. Mistakes can be made it's how they are resolved that matters, hence still worthy of a 5 star rating.

The material for slats is good. The plastic fitting used at the edge of the rail came out. That part I find weak

Wooden blinds - good quality product.
50mm slat venetians ordered in varying sizes to fit bay window and a bedroom window. Good quality product delivered in few working days. Fairly easy to install and they look good now up. Would buy from here again.
