Bought a large made to measure roller blind for our kitchen window. We are really pleased with it, fits very well and blocks the sunlight out perfectly in the recent hot weather.

The first thing to note is that the blind itself is not too bad. However, the delivery time from ordering is very long; I ordered on the 9th and received it on the 28th. Worst still is the lack of customer service; emails go unanswered, it took more than virtually 2-days of trying to get through on the telephone and then the inevitable call-back that never happened. Overall, a reasonable product let down by overall poor service.

The blind was great . I struggled with the motor setup and had to use chat GPT to reset everything but it all worked out . Good price . Good product.

A very good service and I would recommend Roller Blinds Direct to anyone. Delivery was a little bit late but the finished product was worth the wait.

The blinds were really easy to fit and look fantastic. It wasn't clear how to use the remote controls, no instructions were provided, but I googled it an Blinds Direct had all the instructions there. Very easy once I had these. Will be buying again for other rooms.

Lovely Blinds. Luckily I took out the insurance, first lot that came didn’t fit, they were quickly replaced with remeasured ones. Service was absolutely excellent.

Impressive keeps sun out and I’m sure when winter arrives it will keep the room warm. Only niggle would be nice to have paper instructions to refer too rather than on email. Good quality would recommend.

So quick to arrive so simple to fit first class in all regards

I purchased three black out blinds from Roller Blinds Direct in September last year. I fitted 2 straight away and they were very good. However, due to a bedroom makeover, the third blind (almost 9 feet wide) was left unopened in its sealed plastic wrapper until fitting in March, at which point I discovered it had a very small hole in the fabric and the pelmet material was poorly fitted. I contacted Roller Blinds Direct whose response was, "I am so sorry but as your order is over 6 months old we are unable to determine if the hole is from us."
I am disgusted at their suggestion that I may have been responsible for the hole in the material and furthermore, they made no mention of the pelmet issue. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Blinds arrived as ordered and in good time

The blind is of good quality and the delivered colour matches that portrayed on the company's website. The blind was delivered within the advertised timescale and was very straightforward to install.

Very happy with my roller blind.
I only have a very slight complaint... fabric curls very slightly at sides and fixings cheaper than I've had from direct blinds who no longer seem to exist. Also chain a bit short... but probably safer!
