I was dissatisfied with the delivery details

Bad customer service. All roller mechanisms were faulty and I was told to send pictures after even offering to buy new ones.

The actual rollers also had to be tapped so that when rolling up, it won’t shift position.

Such a waste of of time

The material for the roller blinds is extremely thin. Yes I ordered lightweight blinds but am surprised with how thin and see through the blinds are.

Very cheap material and also expensive

Blind cut wrong during manufacture.
15mm slope at the bottom to resolve which took me 2hrs to correct.
Obviously never checked for squareness on the roller.
Suggest you get some final inspection in your manufacturing procedures.
The material is paper thin - Very disappointed customer

Have bought vertical blinds from this company in the past and they were exemplary so when I needed a new roller blind for the latest home improvement project, I had no hesitation in looking them up again.
Followed the measuring guide online, and submitted the window opening dimensions as stated and placed the order.
Blind received within couple of weeks and fitted in less than 5 minutes. Perfect fit with absolute precision. No hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Simple ordering and guidance for measuring, with the fallback of an insurance if the don't fit first time. Blinds hung in 30 mins and look great. Very good service from start to finish.

The blinds are well made and delivery and service were as promised and prompt.

I am absolutely stunned by the poor level of customer service I am presently receiving from this company. Do not use them.
I ordered 3 roller blinds made to measure. I took out their Surefit guarantee, paying extra in case they didn't fit and guess what 2 of them didn’t fit. They are short by about half CM. I contacted them first on the day we received the blinds and two weeks later they have still not moved forward to order replacements despite contacting them around 10 times.
We have so far provided photos of us holding a tape measure up to the spot in the window recess to prove we provided the correct measurement, we have provided photos of the blind held in the window with the tape measure to show how much the blind is short by and photos of the blinds with a tape measure to show how the blind compared to the cut measurements they provided.
However we are going around in circles with operatives just asking us to repeatedly provide the same information.
The latest one today emailed to say we should have complained within 10 day to use the Surefit!!!!!!!! Despite in this email I had pointed out that they clearly were not reading our full email correspondence , they just email again not reading our full email correspondence. I am not sure how you reply to that? Do they employ people who read?
Such a shame. If these blinds had turned out well I planned to order another 6. Won’t be doing that now with this company!
