I had my first purchase from IntoTheAm today. The site is very easy to navigate and the details of products are very useful - you have a very good idea on what you buy.

Also, another positive surprise was that I had received a couple of discount codes over email but couldn't get them to work with my selection. So I ordered anyway. A few minutes later, the support team (Ardie) was very helpful and I got refunded the missing discount that I couldn't get to work. Great customer service! Highly recommend! (Will come back with the product quality review)

Was initially nervous with the AI bot system but after Ardie was able to take over I cannot explain how beneficial it was to have an actual human able to help. He was extremely respectful and took the time to ensure my problem was resolved properly. Thank you for your company and for those that you employ to assist customer like myself.

The fit is exactly as described — true to size and very comfortable to wear all day. I also love the design; it looks stylish without being over-the-top, making it perfect for both casual outings and slightly formal occasions.
Another big plus is how well the color holds up after washing — no fading or shrinking so far. That’s something I really appreciate.

Ardie was great! Very helpful and let me know one of the shirts I ordered wasn't available. I picked a different one and was updated quickly when it was processed.

I had an order from Amazon in January and had two tee shirts where the threading under arm pit came loose, thus leaving a hole.

Ardie went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and gave a one exception e-gift card to replace the items from the website.

Honestly was not sure what to expect, but Ardie was excellent in the communication.

New, but repeat customer here ( 2 mystery pack orders in short period): The T-shirt products fit great and material well made. I love the graphics and I regularly browse through. There was a problem with my latest order at the carrier's end and in one day Ardie from customer services Informed me of the problem and gave me two possible solutions. I picked one and he emailed me back with confirmation this had been sorted and reshipped! Fast, transparent and effective!
