I had a email saying my delivery was due and would be with me by the end of the day )this was a Friday) it never came I rang the delivery company Ionic use and they said it won't be coming until Monday. I needed this item for work so had to go somewhere else to buy it so I've cancelled the parcel from ionic. Update when I rang Friday ionic says ring back when you receive it and we will refund you and send a courier to collect it. I rang back to a nasty cheeky guy saying we won't accept a return but if you want to send it back you pay for delivery I asked to speak to a manager he says no I'm not putting a manager on your not getting a return. This is a nasty company that I won't be using again and hopefully people reading this don't use them either

I have a reach and wash system, and RoofWand from ionic and they have both revolutionised my business. Great communication, super fast and efficient delivery and brilliant products. A no brainier for any exterior cleaning operation.
The the sales and after sales team are superb. I’ve never seen a more comprehensive company for exterior cleaning products.

Very disappointed with my first experience with Ionic products, I recently ordered a 25ft Carbon fiber pole and the fist issue happened before it was even received!

I ordered the pole for a specific job and when contacting Ionic for an eta I was told 2-3 weeks as they had a pvc pipe shortage!

Fortunately this was resolved but it only got worse 😕

Ionic have this patented system that in my opinion as a professional window cleaner is not fit for purpose. The issues that the pole has is the firstly the Fly lead pvc is so hard it tangles all the time, second the built in pipe system does not allow for a univale to be fitted.

I was aware of this as when watching product reviews before purchasing the pole the video showed a small grove at the bottom of the pole that could be used to cut off the water.

However when the pole came it did not have a grove, I contacted Ionic and they ignored me! I've had to completely remove the internal elements of the pole to fit a Univale.

Finally after using the pole for less than a week one of the clamps snapped, Ionic did send me some new ones but on investigation the metal used in the clamps is very cheap and soft so this issue will cary on.

Should have gone with Gardiner and will be in the future.

I have no problem with the products I buy . But recently you don’t get emails from ionics informing me about my latest order , the dashboard doesn’t show orders on the website too

Free delivery was quick and I live in the Highlands, where there is usually a charge. The resin is good quality.

The product I purchased is brilliant didn’t provide 5 Stars due to the delivery service I received my goods delivered to me were in a damp condition due to some spillage and the items brought were left beside the bins in open view with minors living next door all 4 purchased items are corrosive and should be carefully stored great product overall I will be purchasing again Thank you.
