As shown in our correspondence, your order was placed on 27th March and delivered on 2nd April, in line with the date we advised once the supplier confirmed availability. I never received my item
I had a problem with the 1st order parcel left on door step ,I never received the item ,I was sent another set of handles within days ,so pleased with the product would recommend them to anyone

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I bought 1 internal door latch as I was short for my renovation job. It was delivered promptly but somehow it got rejected when first delivery attempt was made. I emailed customer services after they contacted me to say it was returned and they kindly re-sent it and it arrived 48hrs later. So very pleased.
