I took the time to fill out their online order form for a pair of leggings. But, first, their website is a big challenging and it's very unclear how to order or how to specify a certain product. So, I sent an email off to request help. And never got a reply. I have a bad feeling about this place. Just wanted to pass it along.

My apologies for replying a few days later we are a small European Indie brand based in the Netherlands with only 2 fulltime people working so we do a lot of the work and it can take me a few days or less (sometimes i answer straight away if i am doing emails) to anwer emails, your inquiry about a custom item was sent on Tuesday and and i anwered it today, with a lot of buisnesses even large ones it can take up to 4 days to recieve an answer to a question.
Please be mindfull that not all buisnesses are large factories with 100 or so workers in it and that revieuws like this can hurt these buisnesses trying to work as hard as they do.
All our items are made to measure one by one.

It is unfortunate that you do not like the fabric of the custom made items you have purchased, but the items are custom made in the measurements provided by you and we have a non-refund policy as do many custom make shops for items to be returned just because you do not like the fabric.
Please read webshop policies and item descriptions when purchasing your items.
If there was an issue due to our doing we will always try to help the customer with their purchases.
I stumbled on this website by chance and saw their products and thought they were SO sexy, long story short, i wanted to order a bunch of products but since they are custom made to your measurements i thought to make a trial order then if things are good i'll order the other products. I got my first order yesterday and you know what I WILL MAKE THE OTHER ORDERS :D. The trousers (pants) where so so so SEXY (I bought it for my wife) i just love dressing her. The only reason my i didn't give the company a complete score (5/5) is because the sewing needs to be enhanced and that's my wife comment. All in all i love it.
