I would not recommend using this company for the following reasons. I ordered a bespoke piece of furniture at the end of May 2019 and paid for it in full over the phone. I was told by the customer service advisor that took my order that the fabric I wanted to cover the furniture was available. Later on, she then told me it was not available and offered another style of fabric for the covering. I requested a sample of this second fabric through the post and was told there was no sample avaliable but was emailed a picture of the fabric covering another piece of furniture. I requested a clearer picture be sent to me and was awaiting this before making a decision. As I did not hear back from the company for sometime, I rang them up to see what was going on with my order and was told by the same customer service advisor I would be emailed re this. An email was sent to me shortly after my phone conversation advising me that the fabric I wanted was not available, so I was lied to for a second time. The email also stated that my order was now under production when I had not given the go ahead for this to happen, considering there was no agreed fabric to the cover furniture, and that I could get a discount if furniture had no covering and pay to cover furniture myself through another company. This was not what I originally paid for. Fed up with being lied to and let down, I requested a full refund for my order. I was sent a follow up email by the company stating they would refund me in 7/10 days. The deadline for the refund was Thursday 4th July 2019. The refund had not come through by then so I sent an email to customer services that same day threatening legal action if I did not get my money back. This email was not responded to. I then rang the company on the following Monday to speak to a manager only for the lady who lied to me about the furniture covering to answer the phone and conveniently, after keeping me on hold for a while, tell me all the managers were in a conference and that my refund would be processed on Friday. By now I was extremely fed up with all of this and threatened legal action over the phone. I then send another email on 10th July 2019 with a final warning of legal action. This time an email was sent to me the following day saying I had been refunded. I was then sent another email on 16th July 2019 threatening me with legal action in 7 days time if I did not remove certain wording I had used to describe the company's treatment of me in my review, this now being my updated review. Basically, there was no apology or recognition that they had done anything wrong or even that they should not lie to customers, promising something they can't deliver. There was also no recognition of the fact that the company held on to my money longer then they should have and lied to me that it would be refunded back to me in 7/10 days when in reality the refund took a lot longer then this and I had to keep chasing for my money to be given back to me. This is a company I will avoid using in the future.

Excellent quality, bought Versailles bed and matching bedsides cabinets and they are beautiful.Top service from ordering to delivery.Didnt have to wait 3 to 4 months like some outlets,very happy customer,would highly recommend if you want good quality,good service and quick delivery.

We purchased our bed from Island Furniture store. The staff were very helpful and within a week we had our bed. The drivers informed us when they were 30 mins away on day of delivery and set it up where we wanted it. All in all a good experience and we would recommend.

Happy to take your order, and your money.....even lie to you about being able to arrange delivery for specifically am/pm, but when that doesn't happen, they will only respond by text! And when there's parts missing, they couldn't careless. Again, only respond by text. Don't call you back, and no follow up on if the missing parts have even been dispatched.
Obviously, if your order goes to plan, you'll be fine, but don't expect customer service, they don't have any. Got your money, any further contact is just a nuisance to them. Disgraceful, and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

The furniture arrived last Thursday and we are completely satisfied with the order and delivery schedule. Drivers were most obliging with delivery to room of choice

The quality of the furniture is excellent , and from order date to delivery we were keep informed at every stage. Helpful delivery drivers as well. We would recommend Island Furniture to family and friends.

I wished we bought our sleigh bed sooner. Its so comfy and looks lovely in our bedroom. Its the ideal size and has a lovely finish. Would recommend Island Furniture.

First time I have ordered from Island Furniture Co. The quality is first class , beautiful finish to the furniture and excellent price. I will definitely use this company agian.

Hugely expensive order, 11 weeks so far and still no delivery date
Really really unimpressed

Item was delivered quickly and well wrapped. There was a problem with a quality issue but we informed Island Furniture and sent photos. We asked for a refund and to have the item picked up. They agreed to both and we were very happy with the outcome. We would not have any issue buying from them in the future.

I ordered a sleigh beds with drawers which I found out afterwards was not a stock item. After about 4 phone calls after 1 week, 6 weeks, 8/9 weeks I was seriously regretting my decision to order from this company. However thank goodness I stuck with it, after 9 weeks, my bed arrived and I am so pleased with it. It’s a solid wood really well made piece of furniture and will hopefully look good for many years and it was a very reasonable price.
I have sent pictures to all my children and unusually they all agree with me! Thank you very much. The only reason I didn’t give you 5 stars was the lack of communication in the first two months

After using this company previously and having no problems I thought Id add to my furniture collection. Huge mistake! Was quoted 2 to 4 weeks delivery, this was 4 weeks ago. I've rang 5 days running and been told each time someone will call me back with an update. Not had a single call back. So no furniture, no delivery date, no idea if the furniture has even been ordered. I shall be cancelling my order and steering well clear of this company. Something not right about them.
Update: After leaving my review on here I was then contacted by Island Furniture who asked me to remove it. I did not remove my review as it was fair and correct. However my drawers were delivered in good condition and only 5 days after the quoted 2 -4 weeks delivery time. I was told there was no customer service team, I would advise they get one as whomever was replying to my emails was quite brutish and abrupt.

Good offers and discounts when we shopped during the January sale. They held the furniture till mid-February, till we moved into the new house. Easy pessy delivery and easy to contact.

Bought a sleigh bed from Island Furniture Co and absolutely love it, has an issue with drivers turning up late but on delivery day but otherwise would recommend.

The first part of the delivery has gone well, the only bad point is no anticipated delivery date is given when the order is placed.

However the furniture is very good, and the delivery team were excellent.
