I was hesitant about shipping to the EU, but customer service responded rapidly and reassuringly within a day. No issues, but I did find it curious that I had to spend 100EUR to get free shipping, however they split the order in two parts, which arrived a week apart. Just a curious observation; it had no bearing on my good experience overall.

I’m fed up with sending emails to Isobaa asking for my refund after returning some unwanted items. They requested proof of postage which I sent and then no response. No matter how many times I contact them, I get no response.

Thank you for partially refunding my order. However, I returned the full order. I did try one again to contact your customer services regarding this matter, but did not get a response.

I’ve had great experiences with Isobaa. The clothing fits as it should (like, actually fits) and the variety of the styles and colors offered is appealing as well. I use their tops mostly for cycling/working outside and as base layers in winter. I’ve only just found the joggers and shorts and they’re a great addition to the travel wardrobe. This is some of the best merino I’ve used in a long while. And it lasts.

Shipping can be hit or miss but honestly I expect things coming from NZ or the UK to take a bit longer. Sometimes shipments are split up and pieces will arrive a few days apart, but it’s never been a big deal. Nothing was ever damaged or lost, which is surprising. Last order was during the holidays and it took almost a month. So it goes. Worth the wait IMO.

Excellent quality product. Their merino wool tops are next level - super comfy, super warm and with some extraordinary ability to never smell.... Unreal. I'll definitely be buying more! I thought sizing was fair.

The products are well made and look good with a good range of styles and colours. Prices are pretty competive as well. Just a shame they don't make the slippers in my size.

I love these garments. The mens underwear just glides over my skin and is so good when working out.
The vests and t shirts don't take on my odour when I get sweaty, they stay fresh for a long time.
The shorts are like the underwear and don't catch or incumber my movement. They could be shorter but they are still my go to now!!!!

I have long been wearing merino wool clothes. However, they have always been difficult to find in styles that I like, but can afford. My wife discovered Isobaa and I’ve really liked the clothes and will keep returning for more.

This is my second time ordering from Isobaa. Great products...too expensive for me normally that is why I wait for the annual sale. Shipping takes awhile to the US so patience is required. I had a durability issue with one of the articles that I bought the first time and Isobaa stood behind their product and made it right...can't beat that! I'm a customer for life. Wish they had US distribution.

I bought socks, an t shirt and several long sleeved tops. Easy to order, efficient delivery, sustainable packaging, good products, true to size. I find some wool thermals etc a bit scratchy but not these. Delighted with all my recent purchases and very happy with the colours, design, sizes, length of sock/sleeves/body. Will definitely use Isobaa again in the future!

Isobaa ( baa ) get it? Pure merino wool tops.. I’ve had several from this company and they are top quality.

I usually purchase merino base layers and tops from Icebreaker but i thought that i would give Isobaa a try. the things I ordered took longer than expected to arrive. Not sure if this was a fault of Isobaa or Royal Mail though. When items did arrive they did not fit ( my fault) so i returned. The returns process is not as good as other companies who have free returns and often refund as soon as the item is posted. However the replacement items arrived without issue and are great quality and cheaper than icebreaker. Given the price I do not hold paying for returns against Isobaa and given the problems with postage may well be due to Royal mail - overall I am very pleased. bottom line is that the products are excellent quality and excellent value.

I love my Isobaa slippers and when my old pair gae out after 2 years of constant wear, coming back for another was a no brainer. Super cosy, comfy, easy to slip on & off and you can go outside in them, which means every time I need to dash out to the freezer (which isn't in the house) I don't have to change my footwear!

It would have been easy to write a positive review about Isobar given that all the items I have bought from them over the last three years have been very good quality. However a very poor experience with ordering online this December means they only get one star.
I ordered items as presents on the 4th Dec in good time to arrive before Xmas. Confirmation that they had been dispatched arrived on the 8th Dec along with tracking link. Items did not arrive until after Xmas in two separate deliveries, one on the 30th Dec and one on the 6th Jan. Given that all items were in stock when the order was placed, the length of time taken to deliver them was over a month before final completion. Isobaa clearly doesn't do Xmas orders!
The responses I had back did not address why delivery was taking so long and identified that tracking details may take between 5-15 days to update online. Really?!!! By comparison, items ordered from another company based in Tokyo on the 24th Dec arrived at my door in the UK on the 27th Dec.
It seems from other postings that poor delivery service has been experienced by other customers. Isobaa, you need to get your act together.

No easy return process. Items labeled the same size are actually a different size. "Isosoft" items are not soft but scratchy and uncomfortable.

Buy from SportPursuit for a better experience. If you must

The product itself is good, my husband loves the boxers, T shirts, and half zip tops. What is not good at all is the delivery, having purchased from Isobaa for the past 4 ish years this past year delivery has been particularly poor, previous I found delays not great, but having ordered in your sale in 2024 the lead times for delivery are far to long, seem to actually originate from Sports Pursuit even when ordering direct from Isobaa, comes in drinks and drabs, and in the case of last order in Nov, not at all… really very poor responses from yourselves and SP took 5 e mails to discover they couldn’t locate after 6 /7 weeks from order and payment, told a refund in 7/10 days.. making it a total of pretty much 10 weeks .. and no items.
UPDATE REGARDING isobaa response - incorrect Isobaa - the order was placed with you direct - delivered piece meal over a course of many weeks - I did contact you direct and got similar responses - that’s it for me now - will no longer purchase your products through you or any outlet

Ich habe einige Shirts gekauft und nach nur zweimal oder dreimal waschen....Löcher. Auch an der Jogginghose....Löcher. Der letzte Mist, sorry. Aber wenn keines von ca. 8 Teilen das nächste Jahr überlebt...ganz miese Qualität für diesen Preis. Dabei sind sie eigentlich vom Feeling her top, also wenn sie frisch nach dem Versand sind.
