Terrible shipping experience
After 1 and half months of emails i was refunded. Shipping to Canada was supposed to take 10 days.
Truth is that our postal service was on strike but the package was split into 2: one of them got lost in Europe and the other didn't keave UK for 11 days and than got lost.

Bonjour j ai acheté chez cette marque 3 t-shirt et deux brassières . Ayant l habitude de produit en merino , je sais très bien comment entretenir ce dernier . J’ai dépensé plus de 150€ (soldé en plus ) , et vraiment c est comme jeter mon argent, ou mettre fait voler . Vraiment pas du tout qualitatif , en moins d un an je peux jeter les brassières. Lés t-shirt sont basiques. J’ai deux autre t-shirt en merino de décathlon et je peux vous dire que c est incomparable odeur/qualité /agréable /douceur .

Fabulous Merino - I love it! Keeps me warm in these cold gloomy days, but I’m amazed how soft and comfortable the tops and boxers are to wear. Wearing them now for nearly a year, but I wish I’d discovered them half a century ago!

Unethical to say the least. Charged £120 for joggers. Joggers finally dispatched (10 days later!) by Sportpursuit! The same joggers are 50% cheaper on the Sportpursuit website. A bit of digging later and find that Isobaa is owned by North Lane Group who are owned by Sportpursuit. Isobaa website gives the impression of a small, ethical company…not true

Delivery postponed without notice, overall 14 days late, had to follow up with customer service three times.
Refund not processed, only after second reminder and handing in my return and shipment / delivery records Isobaa was able to identify the returned parcel (this within one day)

Bad practices
The medium joggers fit larger than expected.
I was told that exchanges are not possible and that I would have to return the item and purchase a smaller size. I purchased a small, and then began my attempt to return the medium for refund.
The cost of shipping the original item back is prohibitive.
$108 with DHL
I will never purchase an item from this Isobaa again on account of your bad faith practices.
I will also warn everyone I know to dissuade them from conducting business with you.
We have many good companies that offer high quality merino gear and Are interested in maintaining a relationship with customers and encourage brand loyalty for the benefit of all.
I intensely regret my mistake of attempting business with Isobaa.

Whilst l do like the grey / orange long…
Whilst l do like the grey / orange long sleeved jumper I didn’t expect it to last only two washes! The jumper now has about 15 small holes in it so I can’t wear it except for doing the garden! The socks didn’t last long either! So 3stars for style but none for longevity. Disappointing 😕

Love the fit!
Isobaa long and short sleeves have a very comfortable collar - I have some from another brand where the collar doesn't come all the way to the neck and is more open to chilly drafts. Love wearing them year round!
And the rest of my isobaa tops (including the 1/4 zip hoodies and sweathers) fit me (6'1", 163#) very well. Super comfortable!
