The Merino top is very well made and extremely pleasant to wear. So good I ordered two more and am very pleased with the product.

J’ai acheté 2 t-shirt, un sweat à capuche 2e couche rando) et un pull il y a 2 ans.
Mon avis est très mitigé car les coupes et le look des vêtements sont bons, par contre la solidité /résistance est assez médiocre. Surtout les t-shirt qui se sont troués après 2 ou 3 lavages. Je précise que j’ai des t-shirt icebreaker qui ont tenu des années, je sais les laver. Le sweat à capuche a connu le même sort dès le premier lavage. Le pull, lui, tient parfaitement le coup.
Conclusion : pour des vêtements techniques je préfère investir un peu plus afin d’avoir une qualité bien supérieure à celle d’isobaa. Pour des vêtements quotidiens ça peut faire l’affaire mais moi je passe mon tour désormais, le rapport qualité - prix étant assez décevant.

My purchase was the insulated Jacket. The fit is good for me (5'- 7" & 11stone) Size Medium, weight 545 grammes. I wanted this jacket as I will be doing some winter training. I did buy it in the recent sale so value for money is excellent. I have made a number of Isobaa purchases and they have all been really good.

This is an excellent product.

Ordered a long sleeve zip top which arrived in 2 days - much better than than the previous order from a competitor which was £30 dearer, sent to the wrong address and eventually turned up two weeks later! Product seem very well made, comes in a nice range of colours, and fits really well.

I was sent a jacket which was faulty. I returned it which cost me £6. I asked for that to be reimbursed which didn't happen. Not a huge deal, but poor on your behalf. Good product which was somewhat tainted by a lack of attention to detail.

Got 2 vest tops and shorts to mix and match for the perfect summer PJ sets. Merino is a nice weight and washes well. Very happy with them.

Very poor, slow and confusing communication!!!
There was a 50% offer which I missed by 12 hours, I sent in an email and to my surprise Isoabaa was prepared to honour the 50%. :)
The condition: I had to pay 100% upfront and they'd refund me. Or, they do me a special invoice for 50%. I chose the latter.
That's when the communication became very poor, different people responding and only after 2-3 days each time. Them not reading the previous content or reading the content I'd sent them, I went to a competitor for similar products.
I did eventually order two merino tops from them. THE QUALITY IS AWESOME! Just poor service. Instead of ordering approx 500 euro of product, it became only 100 euro. Hopefully next time things will have improved.
As a comparison, the customer service from CIMALP was fast and the product although not as stylish is also very good.

The quality of the shirts was ok. I got some earlier this year and the stitching and seams seem to be better on the first few I got. On one of the shirts I received this time around, the seams were different colours on each side and it’s noticeable when I wear it. It makes it look a bit cheap. And the bottom hem is fraying already and I haven’t even washed them yet. Probably wouldn’t buy again

I was expecting a 40% discount on a short sleeve polo shirt but I was advised that this was not part of the Summer Promotion. It was not clear to me but please note that when buying ensure that the item you want is included in the promotion. I did request whether I could return the item and was informed I could. I am pleased with the quality if not the price.

No update. I didn't know where my order actualy was. Long dispatch. Long waiting for a gift.

Bei Erhalt war ich zunächst von Qualität und Aussehen der Merinoshirts sehr angetan. Leider hatten sie nach kurzer Zeit Löcher. Es können keine Motten gewesen sein, da andere Hemden im gleichen Schrank keine Löcher aufwiesen. Schade !

I re ordered a garment I had bought before in the same size. It was not the same size at all and the quality of the knit was poor. I contacted customer services and they did agree to refund my return postage but the service was very slow. I have some other garments ( t-shirts) from a previous purchase and although they are all labelled the same size some are tight fitting and some are loose fitting. I have concluded that isobaa does not have a very good manufacturing process and I probably won’t buy any more garments from the company.

Ordered medium. Sent XL, not once but 3 times we returned and waited and received yet another XL. Over a period of many weeks.
V poor quality control!!!

My entire order was cancelled by Isobaa. Absolute sham. So not impressed by your behaviour as a retailer. Would not recommend you to my enemies at the moment. What a shame.
