I ordered two items. Initially only one item arrived in the post. I contacted customer support, and I never received a reply. A week later the second item arrived. So in the end, both items arrived, and they are of good quality, but I'm not impressed with the customer service.

This was my second order and the order arrived in about 2-3 weeks. The merino under layers (pants and shirt) are great! They kept me warm on a mountain camping trip . And I was amazed after sleeping in them for 3 nights that they didn’t smell at all. It’s true what is claimed about Merino wool. Really like your products! The only critical comment is that I’m a small/medium in most brands and find myself ordering large for this brand. The under layer shirt is a bit long for me.

Always a great experience. I sometimes wish there were shirts that were reinforced in the shoulders for backpacking, but I love the selection as is also!

I dont like to write negative reviews but my experience with Isobaa has been frustrating. I ordered four tops on 29th April (all of which shown in stock) and despite relatively slow dispatch (my invoice staes 1-3 days) two tops arrived in mid May (15th). Two of the items were not included and I contacted Isobaa on the 17th May and when I checked Isobaa both items were shown in stock. It took until 24th May for Isobaa to establish that the other two items hadn't been dispatched (which I obviously knew already) and that one of them had gone out of stock and wasnt available now until September. I requested a refund for the out of stock item which I have received (so not all bad!) but I am still waiting for the outstanding item to be dispatched. I think things sometimes go wrong but the time it is taking Isobaa to resolve this is very frustrating and the need to constantly chase up progress (and not get a reply for two days without exception) is irritating. The two items I have recieved seem good quality but they are also available at a more competitive price through another etailer (whose packaging my two items arrived in). I do live in the UAE so I am not complaining about delivery time purely about the time taken to literally put a shirt in a shipping package and dispatch it.

I love the quality too. I bought a grey and red striped merino jumper and I love it! It fits well and hasn't gone baggy or pilled either.

Good quality and quick shipping. I am very pleased by the shirt and leggings. I totally recommend their products.

Perfect T-Shirts, Polos and socks to be outdoors. Merino wool is warm and cozy, but it also endures 3 days of outdoor adventure without a wash. On the one side, the T-Shirt soaks with sweat if you sweat profusely, but on the other side, it dries easily overnight.
