Its been a long journey with Ispring, at least almost a decade. Starting from ther free platform, to their very robust paid platform. I really don't see my organisation switching to any other platform. For not so tech savy individuals like us, I am yet to see another platform with the ease of use and easy learning curve Ispring offers. Also another amazing thing is that over the years we have seen the improved features. They actually listen to when customers requests for upgrades and changes that make the user experience easier. I always look forward to their upgrades, because its usually to improve on already existing features or bring new features, or just make the interface easier to use.

Also price wise. I think they have the best value for money, compared to other competitors we have checked out over the years. Finally the promptness of the customer service to respond when you chat them up is second to none, even in the midnight there is usually someone, a real human being to respond. Sometimes, our questions may be very simple or complex, but its usually resolved as politely and professionally as possible.

Finally i want to draw from my previous experience deling with their customer service. I appreciate the empathy they show to resolve issues. Honestly. I don't think our program would be as robust as it is without the platform Ispring has provided especially using powerpoint which has animations and can even look like a video game. people usually assume we hired a pro to design our programs...don't tell them we didn't. Good product. Reliable. Creates HTML and HP5 files that exactly duplicate my complex PowerPoint animations. I use this to create online training content.

I really enjoy working with iSpring team. they have great support team who are available every day, answer quickly and always dig deep into the problem. Lately I had a technical issue, and it was resolved by the team with the next update shortly.
It is also inspiring that iSpring often has education events, releases really useful articles and motivates us to create the content of high quality :)

iSpring support was fantastic!
They were very quick to respond, which is so helpful when there is something going on with your file. They helped me troubleshoot the way I was publishing the file to ensure the training would complete automatically in our LMS. iSpring is such a great option to having an LMS. I have my own business and really appreciate not only the cost, but also the ease in adding and modifying the learning modules!

I needed help and got it very quickly directly through the chat. This is the quickest way, I tried submitting questions through the website and they went into ether. But the chat goes directly, and Kasey was onto it, got the issue and helped me to solution within five minutes.

I have repeatedly received excellent online chat support from iSuite. Their agents are always immediately available, and are incredibly informative and helpful every time. Today in particular, my agent Kasey helped me and the support was excellent.
