Easy and seamless

ISpring is easy and integrates well in powerpoint. The various features are helpful in creating interactive modules.

A tool that works quickly and provides amazing results

When I'm designing learning experiences (or even just presentations!) I find iSpring to be very useful.
As a tool that works with my PowerPoint environment, it's both easy to use, but also powerful.

This makes creating content fast, efficient, and leverages my existing content and skills.

Wonderful product

Wonderful product. Works well with PowerPoint, so you're not starting from the ground up. If you're a Mac user like me, you have to find some work around as it only works on Windows. I've tried a few solutions, but the best is Parallels. It's mostly plug and play but will never run as good as native software.

The worst course platform I've ever used

The worst course platform I've ever seen.
The problem with this platform is the player; usability is zero. The courses themselves vary in quality, depending on the speaker. Some are poor, with terrible audio, others are better, but the player is terrible. It doesn't save your course progress, it deactivates as soon as a notification arrives, and you can't move away from your device. For short courses, it's fine, but for very long courses, lasting several hours, not being able to move is very annoying. Progress is only saved at pre-set points. If you don't reach that point and have to stop for unforeseen reasons, you lose your progress and have to restart from the previous save point. I've often had to repeat hours of courses because the only save points were every 2 hours! At the end of the course, there's no "go back" or "return to list" button; you have to go back in your browser, fearing your progress will be lost. (I've completed a course, only to go back to the index and find it 'not completed'.)
Terrible, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

In some cases, progress tracking may depend on the LMS settings, especially for long courses published in SCORM 1.2. Switching to SCORM 2004 or adjusting the LMS limits for saved data often resolves the problem. Your administrator can help with that.

As for audio quality, this usually depends on the original recording. Still, we’d be happy to check your specific course and see what went wrong. Please contact our support team at support@ispring.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Quick turnaround times

I have been getting super quick and helpful responses to my queries in less than 2 hours and at times in a few minutes. This is exceptional and gave never seen this anywhere else. I must particularly appreciate Mr Harshit Ramesh for his authentic and innovative workarounds such as installing break timers. I had a difficulty in sharing quizzes with my trainees and he solved it for me very effectively. Thanks a ton !

Helpful customer service!

I've used ISpring for a little over a year. We had a big client deliverable due and I needed tech support to bring it home. Diana was clear, patient and supportive, enabling me to test theories and problem-solve and clearing up misunderstandings.

Detailed and patient support from Balvinder

The tech support Balvinder first provided the optimum solution for the query at hand. Later, patiently took me through the process to actually implement that process step by step. Helped with screenshots, help links and stayed till the end, till I said issue is addressed and closed the query.

Un très bon service client!

J'utilise Ispring dans le cadre professionnel et scolaire. Pour avoir testé de nombreux outils de création de supports numériques, Ispring est simple d'utilisation, accessible et très sympa visuellement. De plus, la marque met souvent de nouveaux templates ou illustrations, et a beaucoup de supports d'informations en ligne ou en vidéos.
Si je devais rajouter un bon point, je dirais le service client. Disponible, agréable et aidant. Bravo!
