When I got the software I knew it came with tech support. I was assuming it would just be e-mail and wait. It is such a pleasure to be able to get a live expert who responds very quickly. Tina was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me, guiding me step by step! This is the type of technical support and customer service I love and for a software at its price point, it cannot be beat!

Balvinder is excellent at what he does. He was prompt, quick, and very supportive in resolving my issue. Not only that, he went the extra mile to stay connected for a long and provided me with steps to deal with the problem I was facing and how to tackle it.

I used iSpring Solutions for two years and was able to create some great dynamic learning content from it. Its seamless integration with Powerpoint was a no brainer for me. Recently, iSpring walked me through accessing my archived interaction files, and without hesitation or commitments, they allowed me to recover and retrieve some crucial content.
