I find it very frustrating that you don't take phone calls into your office. I work in a busy office and have missed a few phone calls from yourselves and have not been able to call back when I'm available and not everything can be sorted on-line 😑

Absolutely awful. Run like the wind!
Absolutely awful. Would not accept documentation. I am tech savvy so this is not a digital literacy issue. I imagine I am not the first to experience this. It is heavily discounted for a reason. I went back to my old insurer who were happy with my 20 year having had no claims.

Cover is superb. Everything is on it premier plus.
Would have been 5 star apart from original price which was reasonable but still not their best price. On line chat was brilliant and saved £ 50 off 1st quote. Stayed with this company another year.

Haggle. It’s worth a try. The worst they can say is no!!
I received a renewal quote but decided to check comparison websites to find best price. There weren’t any! Meanwhile, my renewal quote went up by £24! I spoke to an agent who actually got me a price for £10 less than my original renewal offer. It goes to show that it’s worth speaking to them directly!
I later discovered the reason for the £24 increase was because I didn’t renew within 14days. Oops!
