I’ve tired to call serval times no one answers the phone!im extremely disappointed in the customer service considering I pay each month I expect a pleasant kind service however there is no customer service!! I’ve emailed called and had no response. I would not recommend this insurance company as they clearly only care as to wether they are getting paid.Im paying people’s wages who won’t even answer the phone so why are they being paid?
At first all good, a cheap price on my car insurance for a 19 year old. However when I changed my car, same engine size and nothing too extravagant they refused to cover me and then said they'll cancel my insurance - as a youngster you can't afford to have your insurance cancelled, so I had to cancel. Then they tried to charge me a £50 admin fee ! I tried to speak to someone about but no response, i challenged it by email, no response. Next I heard it had been passed to a debt collector. Seriously AVOID !!!!
Aura service itself is amazing,and also I would have to say that the costumer service is on top!

Do not use this company, customer service and telematics technology is terrible.
I have previously had telematic devices installed on my car from other insurers without issue.
Since switching to Aura had nothing but technical issues with differing devices and they are now threatening to cancel my policy claiming interference from my mobile phone despite trying multiple device options and working with their technical team on several occasions.
They are telling me if THEY cancel the policy they will not refund the 15% commission approx £243.75 they have taken on the policy as apparently it is my fault so i will be massively out of pocket, but very 'kindly' offered to waive the cancellation fee for them to cancel my policy.
Avoid like the plague. Feel as though i have been totally miss sold this policy.
Very easy company to work with, very helpful when needed and would definitely recommend to others
