I am new to the Mac world as always use Windows but as my laptop was running slow and I was getting fed up I turned to the Mac and find it so much faster and better. However, I didn't want to buy one from new as they are over £1,000! So turned to this company to try one out for a quarter of the price. So far, I am chuffed to monkeys with the Mac and would definitely buy again from this company. Thanks guys

Bought IMac in Feb 2020. Came in good condition. Mouse and keyboard problems so couldn’t use until a
Month later. So exactly 12 months on it has stopped working which when having paid £300 is very very disappointing. To be met with a response of “out of warranty” is disappointing when I couldn’t even use it first month. Hoped for better. Can’t even get a trade in at apple as it is 2009 which I wasn’t told when purchasing. So am £300 out of pocket with a broken pc. Very expensive and unhappy experience.

I purchased an iMac from this company through wowcher. Not working. Faulty. Even opening the boxed product it wasnt even packed properly. No protector on the screen. Not slotted into the styrofoam.
Switched on. Not a single webpage worked. Error message after error message.
On the same day I asked for a refund. I got an email back for an order reference number but they havent got back to me after that. My calls are not being answered. My emails are going left unanswered. I will take legal action if they dont choose to respond soon. Very disappointed.

Secondly I purchased this 3 days ago and received it yesterday. It has not even been 1 week. This response clearly shows the lack of honesty from your company. I look forward to receiving my refund. I have received a response from Zainab just a few moments ago.

I purchased MacBook Air from IT Trade services and I must say that I am really pleased with the quality of the product and how it functions. it also comes with a years warranty and costs far less than a new Macbook.

Bought an iMac through Wowcher, there was a mistake where the wrong machine was sent out but they replied to every email and sorted the machine out for me. Great condition machine with everything as advertised - would recommend and use again - thank you

I ordered 2 Macs from IT Trade services and both turned up before the scheduled delivery dates and both although refurbished turned up in decent condition with very good packaging.
I will be returning back to them for more equipment in the future.

Can not complain at the service. We bought our daughter a refurbished Mac from this company, via Wowcher. Item arrived promptly and very, very well packaged! They even upgraded the screen size from 20" to 21.5, free of charge.

We have just bought a refurbished Apple IMac. It was delivered in a couple of days and the condition is very good. We had a slight problem with the keyboard which we emailed about an we received a prompt email back explaining how to rectify the problem. Overall very happy with the product and price

I was sent a refurbed iMac from this company and was purchased through Wowcher.
It was a birthday present from my husband. Do NOT trust this company I haven’t even used this computer and for two days have been trying to get a response and the email responses are always non productive and only one email per day. Their phone lines do not answer either. I have asked them to call me and they haven’t even bothered. I have spoken with apple and they have said that the computer hasn’t been refurbed properly.

Don’t trust the 5 star reviews either as when you get the computer they ask for you to put a five star review on for an extra 6 months warranty.

Looks good sitting on my desk but for £369 it’s an expensive ornament.

Absolutely shocking and disgusted that Wowcher would let a company like this sell This kind of product on their website

Bought an iPad for a Christmas present, button broke after a few times of using but contacted the team and sent back to be fixed. The team were super helpful and fixed and sent back within a week.

This is a scam company. Do NOT use them or the other companies involved in the scam...Our Deals.co.uk and Company Discounts.
They will send you the wrong item, or it will not work. Trust Pilot ...you should not be linking yourselves to this scam outfit.

We are waiting for a full refund for a Mac Air that will not even turn on. What they tell you is lies. The directors are a sham.
They take your money, send you a broken product, and leave you very disappointed and angry. Criminal！

purchased a Imac pro from them it would not load the serria update and so certain programs would not work on it. Had to keep chasing them for answers as to what was happening they final just sent a refund without any explanation. So it has just be a waste of time and enegy trying to buy from them i don't think that I shall ever try and use them again.

Huge growth in online mentoring and teaching during lockdown meant I needed more than my MacBook.
Time for an upgrade, but at what price?

Found just what I needed at IT Trade. OK, there were some initial problems - a delay in the expected delivery date, but they gave me an extra TB upgrade. And the bluetooth keyboard was faulty, but a few emails later they'd sent me a free shipping label and were happy to replace it.

That's what I call good customer care, and in my opinion that's the most important thing to look for in a company if you're buying refurbished hardware. Thank you IT Trade!

Today is Tuesday 16/02/21. still no sign of my laptop. i've contacted wowcher, where i made my purchase. They told me to contact you. i've rung 02036995024 no answer? no email address? now what do i do?
