Just stumbled across this on Facebook so I joined to see if it could help with my depression.
I watched a couple of videos of people talking about how anxiety affects them and that was it ???how can this help? It’s answers that would help ! not listening to other people’s problems surely that would only make you feel worse. Really do not see the point to this app.

Honestly, didn’t think I’d ever use something like JAAQ, but I’m glad I did. I’m 32, and between work stress, trying to keep relationships going, figuring out where I’m meant to be in life it just gets a bit much sometimes. You hit that age where you're not “young” anymore, but you're not really sorted either.

What I like about JAAQ is it doesn’t feel preachy or like it’s trying to fix you. It’s just real people talking about real stuff, broader mental health, I found the stuff around self-doubt, feeling stuck particularly helpful.

You can search any question and someone’s probably answered it already, properly, not with vague advice but actual insight that helps.

It’s weirdly comforting hearing people speak honestly about things you’ve been thinking but didn’t want to say out loud. There’s something powerful about seeing you’re not the only one struggling with stuff like identity, purpose, or just feeling low for no clear reason.

It’s also free, which is mad given how useful it is. Just wish I’d found it sooner, to be honest.

This platform was recommended to me by my psychologist.

Really engaging and clever with the way questions are shortened and quick to get answers from.

Have shared it with friends and they love it too.
