James Cargo Services picked up our pets from Heathrow to deliver them to us in Chelmsford. They kept us fully up to date on email through customs clearance and pickup. They let us know when to expect them and where at our doorstep right on time! Friendly and helpful team. Thank you!

James Cargo and Deloropets UAE safely delivered our 2 French Bulldogs Daisy and Simba to us in Dubai in February 2026.
James Cargo is an extremely professional company that provides an outstanding service. Our 2 dogs were safely transported from England to Dubai.
Honestly we can’t thank you all enough throughout the entire process you’s have all been so helpful and super quick to respond.

This is my 3rd young cat adopted from @StreetCatsofOman and they have a long journey to come to the UK from Oman. And again James Cargo have proved to be fantastic in making sure the process, right up to delivery at my house, is trouble free, compassionate and downright excellent! At both ends we were kept completely aware of everything that was going on with regular emails and communication. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We exported our dog from the UK to Dubai. Correspondence with JCS Livestock was excellent - Sarah, Charlie and Rachel responded quickly to any questions I had and ensured a smooth journey for our dog. I wouldn't hesitate to use JCS Livestock again.

James Cargo and Pet Express UAE safely delivered my cat, Bobby, to me in Dubai in December 2025. Throughout the process I was kept regularly updated on where he was and what was happening, giving me peace of mind that everything was moving smoothly and that he was okay. JCS and Pet Express handled everything end-to-end, from collecting him from my mum's and dropping him off to me, with the utmost care and professionalism.

Our 3 dogs and 2 cats were safely transported from Qatar to England, and needless to say, we are so impressed by James Cargo Services. Continuous contact to keep us fully informed and so very helpful. We can strongly recommend James Cargo Services, and our rescues are happily settling into English country life, thanks to the excellent service by JCS. A+++

We used JC Cargo Services recently to relocate our pets back to Dubai. Absolutely fantastic service, very professional and excellent communication throughout the whole process. Not a hiccup from start to finish and our beloved pets arrived safely and in good health. We can't thank JC Cargo enough and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to relocate their pets overseas.

Our experience with JCS was amazing from start to finish. We transported our 2 year old red fox Labrador from London to Dubai. Rachel was so helpful and JCS was the only company I found that was able to book our doggo on the same flight as us. It was a super easy process sending over all the info they needed. Rachel made us feel reassured and comfortable through the entire process. The staff on the day who handled Atlas were really friendly and helpful. The import company JCS work with were super efficient and helpful arrived faster than we expected. Transporting any pet abroad is stressful but I’m so thankful we found JCS. Their prices were also super competitive. Thank you so much!

They were extremely helpful from the very first call and everything went so smoothly although the task of bringing your pet here the in the UK might seem a little daunting but JCS were extremely helpful and i am really happy with their services. I can’t thank them enough for the help. God bless

I honestly cannot recommend JCS services more. They turned an extremely stressful day of moving with my pets into as comfortable of an experience as possible. When you arrive at their location for drop off, they have a comfortable room for you to let the pets out, take the dog for a walk, have a coffee and even a little rest on a cozy couch. Rachel, specifically, was really kind and made the process run so smoothly. Not to mention, their prices were extremely competitive. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs to transport their pets!

JCS was amazing from start to finish! The team was so helpful and kind, and was also very quick in responding. Their system made online payment extremely as well. I was so relieved to know that my pet cat, Kimchi, was in great hands with JCS as he entered the UK. 10/10 would recommend!!!

James Cargo is a very professional company that provides excellent service. When we moved our dog, Lila, from Istanbul, Turkey, to London, we were initially very stressed about her safety. However, the entire process went smoothly.

The team was incredibly helpful and responded to our inquiries very quickly, which I believe is the most important thing when you're worried about your pet. The animal care service also handled everything with great care.

Where do I begin? Danielle, Laura and the whole team at JCS are beyond incredible. I was moving my Wolfie from Colombia to London and the company in Colombia were appallingly bad, they made the whole process unbelievably stressful but thankfully JCS saved the day. The ONLY reason Wolfie is here is because of them, especially Danielle, who did not give up. She kept checking, amending, helping. She didn’t stop for weeks. I could not have done it without her. When Wolfie was landing Laura was on holiday and still messaged me and checked with her team. Their dedication and kindness carried me through. I cannot recommend them enough. Wonderful people and exceptional team. I also wanted to say Laura organised wolfie’s check spectacularly, making sure he had a welfare check on arrival, keeping me up-to-date. The team at the Heathrow HARC were wonderful too. Thank you all for reuniting me with Wolfie.

We used James Cargo to ship our motorbike to Canada in April 2024 and could not fault the service we received. Therefore, we did not think twice about using them to ship our bike back to the UK in March 2025; unfortunately, the return journey and service we received was abysmal. We were told it would take 7 - 12 days. It actually took 97 days. We received misinformation constantly at great cost to ourselves. Constant empty assurances of its imminent return even as far as us booking train tickets to collect the bike only to be let down and out of pocket again. When it finally did arrive we made a complaint only to be told they wanted a further £3000 for unexpected storage fees because they had problems getting the bike back to the UK. No response to date to several complaint emails, only shallow apologies and promises that they would respond shortly. Very unprofessional company with no regard for good customer service. Fine if no unexpected issues but terrible if any unforseen problems. Avoid at all costs!

I 100% recommend this amazing team who helped me from beginning to end with exporting my two cats from U.K. to America. They were wonderful and so helpful. I received guidance by phone and email every step of the way. Their door to door service is a must if you are sending your pets to another country. I truly appreciate this team and the wonderful service they provide. My piece of mind knowing both my cats were in good hands made this process so much smoother. Tyler, Jane, Julie, you are amazing!
