Great service and very quick turn around. I would highly recommend Jarilo Design to anyone.

Spoke with Ryan regarding our need for a logo. He told me about the Brand Guidelines Package that they do. What can i say apart from 'amazing'. This has truly enhanced our brand and given guidelines to all of our manufacturers, media teams, packaging company, etc. They are all 'singing from the same hymn sheet'. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately Jarilo has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish of my project.

Their lack of communication after taking payment is hugely frustrating. I had to email and call several times to get a response.

After the painful process my project was finally complete and I was happy with the work so I refrained from leaving a negative review even though it's probably the most 'stressful' dealing I've had with any agency in my 11 years of running a company.

However their lack of communication still continues so it's only right to leave this review.

PS. When designing your eBay store they won't tell you that you need to sign up to 'Magic Lister' and pay to revise your listings. It's free if you do under 250 revisions a month, but if you need to revise more in one month you need to pay for a plan, which you cannot opt out of/revert back to the free plan. For this reason I've paid £18 a month for several months where I've barely revised any listings.

(Please note all this took place in 2019 so COVID is not an excuse).

Jarilo have done a fantastic job on the design for our Shopify website and matching eBay store, and have proved excellent value for money. Josh was helpful in getting the process started and Dan has done an incredible job with the designs, getting straight to the desired style at the first attempt, as well as being very helpful with some edits on how the Shopify structure works. I can't recommend Jarilo or Dan highly enough.

My website has some interesting facets and they spent time researching and finding solutions to potential problems which was great. Feedback of the site has been very good despite it still not being quite finished (I haven't yet got round to adding most of the descriptions!) but all in all would definitely recommend.
