Came across Jarilo whilst looking for an eBay shop design. When you first check their website there is an actual person on the live chat which is good and the whole experience from there on in has been outstanding. Chris was superb at the start and then we were passed to Dan who designed the shop. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his service, knowledge and quality of design has been outstanding. I have just had a refresh of the shop redesign and was very happy with all aspects of the work.
I dealt with Dan who listened to my requirements and delivered a great design first time which was exactly what I was after.
I have dealt with Jarilo for a number of years and have always been impressed with their flexible approach and attention to detail.

I have worked with Jarilo for several years on designing and maintaining several projects. As a satisfied customer I decided to get in touch again for an eBay store refresh.

This occasion I was assigned to Ryan Prandle. I was unsure on the direction for the refresh but Ryan was very easy to work with and managed to create a fantastic design based on only a few suggestions.

Any minor tweaks I required was understood and fulfilled without any issues.

Highly recommended as always.

Excellent service, Josh suggested a speed boost application to increase the performance of my website, Jon patiently explained the processes and the expected results that could be achieved. Its a great product, before the speed boost the page speed score was F (46%) and now it is an A (92%) and the load time reduced from 26.1s to 2.8s The results are amazing. Definately worth investing in this product.
