Peloton Tread
Peloton utilize JB Hunt for their delivery and parts replacements. I paid over $200 to have my Peloton Tread dissembled and reassembled, during the process my tread was damaged and is no longer working. I've dealt with them for a month and my tread is still not working. My appointment for March 1, 2024 for a tread base swap was canceled at the last minute. Their excuse for canceling my appointment was that their trucks were vandalized overnight. This is unacceptable. They did not provide any solutions to the problem. This company and it's workers are unprofessional. They damaged my tread and a wall in my home. Please consider using another company.

I would give a zero if I could. They gave me a four hour delivery window to deliver a Peloton Tread + and they never showed up. They don't even have the common courtesy to let you know they will not be showing up. Poor communication and just plain unprofessional.
Looking at all of the other negative reviews here, it is pretty apparent that they do not hold the management accountable for the poor performance and communication of their employees.
I love my other Peloton equipment but will be cancelling this order as it is the only way to get companies like Peloton's attention to find a more responsible delivery company.

Awful customer service, do not speak to each other
This company is supposed to deliver my Peloton bike. They have rescheduled my three times and just did so this week. However, they attempted to deliver my bike today—the day they had already rescheduled—and claimed I was not home. Well, I wasn’t. I was at work and I would have never scheduled a delivery from 8am-5pm. I am a high school teacher. (My bike was supposed to be delivered during a three-week window when I was home for winter break.) This company continues to jerk me around, I’m unable to speak to a supervisor, and I’ve yet to receive my expensive purchase.
Unrealistic standards
The way JB Hunt trains their delivery people is shameful. They are trained to only install appliances on brand-new houses and if your water line or valve or air gap looks old, they will refuse to install your appliance. Companies using JB Hunt for their deliveries and installations should seriously consider contracting with another company. The proof is here written on these reviews.
My experience with them: bought a dish washer with Whirlpool on-line. JB Hunt delivered the dish washer but refused to install it because the air gap did not meet their inspection standards. They told me to get a plumber to install a new one. I had a plumber come and he said there was nothing wrong with the air gap. I asked Whirlpool to schedule another installation and the same person showed up, again refusing to install the dish washer because in their opinion, even though they are no plumber professionals, it is not up to their standards (i.e. brand new). NEVER again will a do business with any company who uses JB Hunt.
Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. As some others mentioned, if I could give 0 stars, I would. They were supposed to deliver a refrigerator and then a stove and both times it was an absolutely HORRIFIC experience. They had to come back twice to deliver the fridge because the first time we were told we had to get a plumber to install a water line behind the refrigerator. When we called the plumbers, they said there was nothing wrong with the way our water line was configured and the delivery people were just being "prima donna's", refusing to hook up the fridge because the water line was under the sink not behind the fridge.
I should have learned my lesson ordering appliances from Home Depot, but I didn't. I ordered an oven, and when it was delivered they pulled out the old oven and told us, they couldn't install it because we had an "adapter" connected to the gas line. The delivery person got his boss on the line to repeat to us why they couldn't do the install, so we said we needed to call Home Depot. 3 days before Christmas, we needed to find a solution. Otherwise, I wouldn't have a stove on 1 of the biggest holidays of the year. The woman on the phone said we had 15 minutes, the delivery person stepped outside to speak to her while we were on the phone with Home Depot, and when my husband went back to find the delivery person, he had already left! This was within the 15 minute window we were given to try and resolve the issue. And not only did he just leave without letting us know, he took our appliance with him and left our old oven pulled out from the island in the middle of the kitchen floor!
I will NEVER order another appliance that needs an installation from Home Depot, and I will be sure that if I go somewhere else to order an appliance, I confirm that the delivery service is NOT JB Hunt. I have never had such a poor experience or poor customer service from any vendor I've dealt with.
Delivery in personal vehicle
If I could give zero I would. I ordered a pelaton bike and had it set up to be deliver on a set date. I live on a military base and gave specific instructions on what gate a commercial vehicle needed to go through. I received a text saying my bike would be delivered in 15min, I wait and an hour goes by nothing. So I look at my tracking and it said attempted to deliver. Yet I received no call stating any issues. So I called corporate to follow up on this. They stated the truck was to big to go through the gate do they tired around, so my direction on which gate to go through were not followed. We resolve this and are to expect a retry delivery few hours later. Well to my surprise he says he can’t get on base maybe tomorrow. I informed the driver this will be delivered today. Once meeting up with drive he was in his own personal truck, with my $1200 pelaton in the bed of the truck NOT secured down and the monitor just laying in the bed of the truck. If I could upload a picture I would. When asked if it was secured the driver looked me in the eyes and said oh yes, when clearly it was not. He also had a personal friend with him who was not allowed on base which is why we had issues the second time. The level of unprofessional is unbelievable. The person who thinks it is safe to deliver a bike like this deserves to be fired.
This is a transport company and not white glove type
This is a transport company which is very busy in scheduling times of more than 1 week delay and drivers come before allotted timeslots (both times)
The scheduling agents are very curt and professional and say: you time slot is between 3 to 7PM and make sure that adult +18 Y is present at home
But 1st time the driver team came in the morning and the 2nd time 45 minutes before 3 PM
But more important on white glove delivery service, which they undertake but drivers find some lame excuses not doing that, whereas any local movers can do the same service in less than 3 minutes and half the price. ( as happened in my case)
For us 2 teams from JBH came at different times, and both took videos and pictures on how they could not install my furniture.
JBH- Please do not reply or contact me for safe unloading video which is the special trick of trade for any furniture mover and may not be your cup of tea.
Any explanation or rationalization of inefficiency is futile unless we see any other review praising your services

Same as every review I’ve seen. I ordered a product and JB Hunt is the one transporting. At first I filled the survey, something went wrong. I called support line and was told everything looks good, I’m getting my order on said date and time. 2 days before the said date I get a call to be ready to receive my order in the next couple of days. The day right before, I get a call saying I have to reschedule. Now I have to wait another 7 days? This is not good customer service at all.
Horrible delivery service
Horrible delivery service. They have rescheduled my delivery four times because they are “too busy” to complete the delivery. Every time I’ve tried to address the issue I get the same excuse that they don’t get their routes until 2 days prior to delivery. I’m not sure why they have you reserve times for delivery when they “get too busy” and reschedule the delivery. It is very frustrating to deal with them.
The absolute worst!!
The absolute worst!!! I had a nightmare delivery situation with them a few years ago after ordering a Home Depot Dishwasher. I swore I would never use Home Depot again… But my fridge recently broke and I ended up back at Home Depot because Lowes is far from my house. I’ve kept food on ice, stored some frozen stuff at a neighbors, and threw about 70% of what was in my fridge. Of course delivery day comes and they call and say that the truck broke down and they won’t be delivering my fridge - rescheduled for FOUR DAYS LATER. I was frustrated with the girl on the phone and asked her why this always happens and she giggled. I then called Home Depot to complain, and apparently the girl added a note in the system that she sneezed and I missed took it for a giggle. Canceled the Home Depot order, purchased the same fridge for the same price at Lowe’s. And it’s being delivered tomorrow. Will never buy another appliance from HD while they’re using JB Hunt.
I am super disappointed
I am super disappointed. they first had some sort of technical error where they apparently showed lack of stock of the product I was supposed to receive so instead of reaching out to me to tell me that in the 72 hours I was promised by the vendor, they just ghosted me. I reached out to the vendor who reached iut to them which took another week, then when I funally received a scheduling email, I was unable to schedule online and had to call them. then they were unable to schedule my delivery for another 2 week!! really poor performance.

Poor Experience with J.B. Hunt
Spoke with a woman by the name of Patrice. She gave me a time window of 4pm to 4:30pm. Driver called the day of delivery, said he would arrive at 3:30pm. Received another call from a different woman stating they could only wait 15 minutes. I was poised to arrive at 3:55pm - five minutes earlier than the window I was initially given - so the delivery was cancelled. This cost me a vacation day. I had to reschedule five days later because they wouldn’t wait 10 minutes.
The woman on the phone said they normally provide 4 hour windows. When I said I was provided a 30 minute window - she apologized and said that isn’t how they do things.
I believe the second woman I spoke with. It makes sense to give a 4 hour window instead of 30 minutes. But the lack of flexibility given the circumstances is uncalled for, especially when the time issue is their fault to begin with.
That said, it’s impossible to avoid them. If you have a delivery, the seller will go with the cheapest option, which is undoubtedly J.B. Hunt Transportation Services. As consumers, we have to buy from sellers that don’t use J.B. Hunt. In my case, Whirlpool is using them to replace a faulty stovetop. I have no problem never buying from Whirlpool if it means avoiding J.B. Hunt in the future.

We hauled 3 loads for Amazon and JB Hunt was the broker back in the first week of December, 2022. we are still waiting to be paid and when you call a JB HUNT number you are passed from one to another and no one in management can be reached at all! This company is now so big that they think they can just push everyone else over. They do not just under pay on the loads but they just do not pay at all!

Horrible service, cracked dryer and left without haul away
Horrible service this morning, washer and dryer installation from Best Buy. They cracked our $1000 dryer, left water all over floors, and left without hauling away what they needed to haul away. We called the installation/driver guy and he kept declining our calls. Already reported to Best Buy as well. This company is hiring unqualified, rude, unprofessional, lazy people to do a terrible job.

DO NOT USE them. I had a delivery of a washing machine. First, they arrived smelling like weed and where I reside it isn't legal. They installed my washer then had me sign a document so they could proceed to their next delivery. The document stated they did a test cycle and there was no damage to the home. About 15 minutes after they left my floor flooded because they didn't tightly secure the clamp on the drain hose in the back of the washing machine. When the washer went into drain mode the hose came off and caused water to flood my floor. I found out later the installers lied and said they came back to secure the clamp because the washing machine was moved. When they came back they helped me dry up the floor and lift the washing machine and my dryer to dry up the water from under it because I told them it was too heavy for me to lift. Then to hear they went back and lied and said I moved it is ridiculous. They basically wanted to cover the fact it was their fault. Additionally, the water got under my vinyl which caused damage because my home is not on concrete slab its on a crawl space. We all know what happens to wood when water gets to it. The adjuster who handles the claim on their side says he isn't calling to take sides or be bias but wanted to ask questions. I told him everything you all have read and he responds its going to be hard to fight it because once I touched or moved the vinyl they cant determine whose fault it was that cause the floor damage. He said the installers took picture and from the looks of it everything was installed properly. Since when does a picture confirm a clamp is tight enough it has to be physically tested. Everything he said was all favorable to the installers side in addition to letting me know how long he has been handling claims. He got upset because my tone and response was not happy because he was basically telling me this isnt going to go anywhere from every explanation that came out of his mouth. They say you reap what you sow and I hope that the lie the installers told was worth it. The result is unless I get a lawyer the expense of damage is left on me to take care of. This is bad business if you know like I know take caution when doing business with them, take lots of pictures and most importantly don't let them leave if they test anything until its complete.

Do not let Home depot deliver to your home they use JB Hunt which is the worse transport service ever. They came into my home twice broke Crystal glasses and nick nacks first time. Flooded my basement and kitchen second time, left part of the old refrigerator in my dining room leaning on my chime clock. They flooded my basement and kitchen and left me without helping and did not say a word. JB Hunt has been rude, disrespectful and a manager hung up on me without helping me. The did not once give me an apology. I would not wish this on my worse enemy what I have been though and still going though. Don't use JB Hunt or Home Depot delivery
