Professional competent cost effective & helpfull
Our transport team and I found the expertise, approach and cost effectiveness to be first class. We had started the FORS process and became stalled with v5.0 requirements. JCS could not have been more helpful and gave a guarantee of a pass. Within 2 weeks they had provided us with professional documentation and driver handbooks. We have only just started using JCS but are already so confident about them we are discussing ongoing support. Compared to others we met they are far superior.
I could not recommend them more.

FORS Bronze Accreditation

We asked Jamie to come and advise us on how to progress to FORS silver level and to give us a time frame on achieving this. He made 2 site visits and we submitted the application and passed first time.

JCS Helped us with our FORS accreditation, however after the FORS auditor came to audit us for our accreditation it became clear that the majority is free on the FORS official website once you become a member. and the manual that was produced was not worth the money that was paid. Check the FORS official website before you use a consultancy, save yourself / company time and money!

Although such a review after the investigation completed by us clearly identified incorrect information was provided by the auditor to yourselves and in fact the 'Policies, Procedures and Risk Assessments constructed are not available free of charge as you were led to believe. The document pack provided was fit for purpose and enabled you at Step on Safety to obtain your required accreditation in a timely manner.

Excellent support and guidance throughout the process of validation. JCS honestly reviewed the work we had done and added tips and suggestions for improvement and supplemented further work. Particularly helpful in updating the ever changing criteria required for submission.
