Hello friends i will not reccomend to choose this company p&s logistics because i moved my car melbourne to Perth and i put some my shoes and my kids toys. Before i leave the car i ask to staff i put some shoes pair they said its ok. When i received my car all the shoes pair and my kids toys 7 pair was shoes brand new it was still in the box. They stole all the shoes and toys even k my phone holder charging wire and bluetooth adapter all stolen by PS logistics. Please dont choose this company this is my experience.

Bordering on scam

Terrible service - bordering on scam. I have lodged a complaint with OFT. I booked for interstate transfer of a vehicle from WA to QLD on 28/4 and selected door-to-door delivery, plus paid extra for faster transit. I was told delivery would take 5-10 business days. Once collected on 30/4, I checked to see if their online portal was updated. It never was. By day 8 (14 May) I was concerned I had not received updated tracking information. I was told my vehicle was still in WA, in an open lot awaiting collection. T

They then updated the tracking information with the wrong collection date? I was then told the vehicle would arrive early the following week. On day 12 20/5 I rang SIX times to confirm the vehicle would be delivered that day, as I was home and couldn't guarantee a Thu Fri delivery would be successful. The call center could not get a hold of the depot and just constantly told me to wait. I offered to come to the depot in the morning and collect myself if they waived the second door fee. They assured me my vehicle would arrive that day. By 2pm I left to collect the vehicle myself. Upon arrival to the depot there were 4 employees sitting around on their phones doing nothing with children running through the depot.

The only available worker was in a shack of an office who told me the delivery driver had gone home. If I had not gone there myself who knows when my car would be delivered? I requested the door delivery fee be refunded. The employee momentarily lost my keys which sent me into a panic, then took me to the vehicle which was covered in dust withdirt on the drivers side carpets (I had seen the dealership evidence to show it was bought in immaculate condition). There was also damage to the passenger side indicator light which wasn't present previously, and an array of various scratches.

I followed up with an email within 48hrs requesting refund of door delivery fee and addressing the damage. I got a generic response, and since then -crickets-.

The communication with this company is shocking. They will take your money and then leave your car in the elements and not deliver what they say they will. The facilities are incredibly unprofessional at best and a hazard at worst. Use this company if you dont like your vehicle, or your money. AVOID!

Do not use this company

First and last time I will be using P&S…

First and last time I will be using P&S Logistics, experience was awful, I don’t know how this company is still operating, they state on there contract that you must allow for 1 to 3 business days for pickup,my vehicle was scheduled for13/5 , it was only picked up 21/5. That is 6 business days,not only did I follow up after day 3 ,but was told driver will contact you tomorrow and every day from there,I wanted to speak to a manager but that was impossible,personal service very unprofessional.As I said I will not be using them in the future,I wish that I had read all the reviews before booking them,there rating is very bad.

Car was 2 months late

It is hard to understand how this company remains in business. It took over 2 months to get our car from Townsville to Melbourne. They brushed us off, told us that floods had delayed the vehicle (there weren't any at that time), told us it was going by train (it didn't), told us it would be there next week, and next week, and next week. We incurred hire car fees, we had to cancel a holiday trip, but it made no difference to them. It stayed in Brisbane for a while and we actually looked at booking flights to go and get it and drive it ourselves. Please, save yourself the heartbreak. Do not give your money to this company.

Stay well away.

I paid optional extra for fast transit.
One hour after paying they introduced delays. I cancelled. They kept my payment for 20 days. Eventually they refunded the payment less $270.
Chrged me $270 for using my money for 20 days. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay well away.

P&S Logistics provided an Awful Service

P&S Logistics provided the cheapest quote for shipping our car from Perth to Sydney, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. The service was abysmal.
We were hoping to use the car in Sydney when we visited from 23-27 April and dropped it off at the Perth depot on 1 April, with an expected arrival date of the 17th. However we continually received different information about the car's whereabouts - often on the same day. On one day we were told it was arriving in Sydney that evening, an hour later we were told it had not left Perth! The car finally arrived on 29 April.
I wish we had paid more for a superior service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this transport company. From start to finish, they failed in every aspect of service.
I paid $2200 for a vehicle delivery from Perth to Kununurra and was quoted 5-10 days for collection. 19 days later the vehicle was still at the depot after twice being told it was in DARWIN.

Delivery timelines were not just missed—they were repeatedly misrepresented. I was given assurances that my vehicle was on schedule, only to later discover those updates were inaccurate or outright false. This lack of honesty made an already frustrating situation much worse.

Communication was virtually non-existent. Attempts to contact the company were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses that provided no real clarity or resolution. As a customer, you expect at least basic updates and transparency—neither of which were provided.
In desperation, I collected the car and delivered it to another transport company for delivery into destination 5 days later!

I requested a refund given services were not provide. P&S refunded $1200, retaining the balance as a booking fee. I lodged a complaint with Consumer Protection and P&S offered a further $500. Consumer Protection countered with a copy of the company’s trading policy and a further $250 was offered. My thanks to Consumer Protection for a refund which should have been offered in the first instance.

Overall, the service was unreliable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, timely delivery, and clear communication.

Total incompetence.

Just hopeless, incompetent, zero idea. I wish i'd read other reviews about this company before i booked them to transport a car from QLD to Adelaide. Dont bother calling them becuase you'll get a different story each time. They just make stuff up becuase they have no idea WTF is going on. Do not use them.

P&S is the worst transport company you…

P&S is the worst transport company you will never want to deal with. They had no idea where my car was and was told it would be 2 weeks late and that same day it turned up at East Devonport from Melbourne and I received an email the same day Thursday that I had 1 bussiness day to collect it or I would be charged storage. I had paid to have it delivered to Hobart. They called and told me they would refund me $130 if I chose to collect it myself. Then changed the refund to $50 and wouldn't answer my emails and hung up on my calls. Don't deal with this company you will regret it.

My car was due to be picked up in…

My car was due to be picked up in W.A.on the 13th March to come over to Queensland. It was picked up on the 27th March. It was delivered on the 21st April. It went door to door,and yet it had 20 kilometres more on the trip meter. I have personal number plates VGAN. Someone put meat themed stickers on the car. It is not funny. As I tried to track the car,as they invite you to do , I was lied to ,time and time again by operators that don't fully understand English. Seriously,it was an awful experience My recommendation be never to use this company. The operators are at best disingenuous,and just try to tell you what you want to hear,then, when it doesn't happen they just lie some more. Good riddance, I say.

They cost me $762 to waste my time

They stole $262 from me in cancellation fees and cost me $500 more to book last minute with another carrier.

The only reason for me "cancelling" was because they refused to provide me with the drop-off address.

If you try calling about an existing booking, the phone drops out. You can only get through when you call sales

They are a total scam company that should be shut down

I finally received my car after 2…

I finally received my car after 2 months, even though the committed timeframe was only 15–18 days.

During this period, I had to spend a significant amount on car rentals due to the delay. Unfortunately, the experience with customer service was extremely poor. There was a clear lack of communication, and even the manager, Moon, was highly unprofessional.

Overall, the team seemed disorganised and unsure of what they were doing.

I would not recommend this company. If you are looking for reliable and professional service, it’s best to choose another provider.

Avoid them — a very disappointing experience

This is the worst company to deal with

This is the worst company to deal with! It has taken 21 work days excluding weekends & public holidays to have my car freighted from Cairns to Brisbane! Whenever I called I have been giving conflicting information, told to ‘suck it up’, hung up on as I apparently went to the wrong extension, refused to let me speak to a manager, they misplaced my keys, when after 17 calls & 3 emails later the car arrived, it’s not surprisingly full of mold, absolutely filthy, has a flat tyre & the other tires look as though they were on a rally circuit!
The customer service is horrendous they just have a zero care factor! I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs!
