I had a terrible experience with L and A Logistic. My vehicle was returned with significant damage — the back window completely shattered, the car covered in black oil, and left undriveable. This was not pre-existing damage. In fact, I submitted photo evidence and a written claim within the 24-hour window they require, and even had a witness present when their own staff admitted that “Marty shut the door and the glass shattered.”

Despite providing clear evidence and following all procedures, I have been left without a usable car while waiting for their claims team to act. The lack of accountability and the impact this has had on my daily life is unacceptable.

If you’re considering using this company, please be aware of how they handle vehicles and the serious stress and inconvenience you may face when things go wrong. At the end they avoided responsibility, I had to pay for the damages myself and whenever I called they would be so rude to me AVOID AT ALL COST

I had a truly horrible experience dealing this transport company. They didn't communicate well with me or act responsibly. My vehicle was allegedly stolen from their yard, conveniently parked out of view of their alleged CCTV cameras. They dis not report the theft to the police and did not notify me until 6 hours after the theft allegedly occurred. Following this They refused to speak to me and repeatedly sent me the same email that they sent to notify me of the theft. One star rating is 100% more than they deserve.

Sadly, I was quoted a service and then subjected to ongoing misinformation and lies. This company makes excuses by providing estimates so when they fail to deliver and lie, they fall back on the excuses that they provide estimates, not actual service. Disgusting service and customer support is lacking.

I recently bought an SUV in Melbourne and used P&S Logistics to move the car to QLD. A couple of hours after the car was dropped off at their Spotswood depot, I received an email from them saying the car was 1.99m high. 90mm over the allowed height. And I was charged an additional $400. Or collect the car and be charged $250 cancellation and $250 holding fee.
Two weeks later they had no idea where my car was. I called and was told it was still in Melbourne, but somehow, it magically turned up in Nth QLD the next day. The car was in fact only 1.87m high when I measured it at the collection depot. Now they refuse to refund the $400 they unlawfully forced me to pay.
I have pictures of the measurement and how it was measured. I sent them a video of how it was measured. Then the excuses started. They accused me of not knowing how to measure a car, That I had let the tires down for the pictures, their depot manager was on holidays. They were moving their depot. The car was modified, etc. I have asked them for their pictures from when they measured it at 1.99m. They refused to send me anything. And was then told I would not be getting my refund. I asked for that in writing but have received nothing. No surprise there!
I would give them zero stars if I could. There are lots of one-star reviews for them, which I wish I had have read before engaging their services. Or the lack there of. (service) They are rude, unprofessional, arrogant people with zero customer service.

Initial contact with them I was very impressed. Extremely helpful, reasonably priced and picked car up exactly as advised. Car arrived from Brisbane to Cairns in good condition, earlier than quoted, however The company does fall short in communication. The call centre guy was silent most of our conversation about where my car was at, which led me to think I’d been duped, but the car arrived and the end transaction was smooth as! The waiting game is not my strong point, but overall I was happy with the price and the speed.

I sought a quote to transport my car interstate. I booked the car over 2 months in advance and paid the charges

Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel the service.

I wrote to them and advise of the cancellation and requested a refund. This was a little over 7 weeks prior to the booking/transportation date

They informed me I had to pay $250 cancellation fee. For what!!! It’s not scheduled for 7 weeks

They won’t cancel the fee and have been delaying the refund with crap delaying tactics

Don’t use P&S Logistics.

Ripe off merchants

his company is completely unprofessional and careless with their service.
I cancelled my removal after some extremely unsatisfactory communication and being unable to have my car picked up on a suitable date, or being given the information to take the car to the depot. I was also told by a friend who had recently used their service, that their depot was not secure and that he had to search through a bucket to find his car keys.
I cancelled the service but it took over 9 weeks and the threat of legal action before I received a refund

Horrible experience. They’ve had my car for two weeks. Told me it’s coming 4 different times. I’ve had to follow it up several times only to be told it’s not coming. people are quick to take your money. The customer service is extremely poor and the lack of communication is outrageous. I would not recommend this company at all. I’m shaking how angry I am

Thank you to Barry from P&S Logistics who did a fantastic job delivering our motorhome. He was faced with unexpected difficulties loading the vehicle onto his trailer, however this was eventually resolved. Barry kept in contact with me throughout the transportation and i would highly recommend him to anyone needing this service.

USELESS! They will claim 8-11 days delivery time to secure your business. Knowing full well that they cannot deliver in this time. I paid for and had the car dropped off on the 25th of June. Was assured that it will arrive by the 6th of July. Car didn't leave the depot until the 17th of July! I'm currently STILL waiting for my car and when I call to ask for an update I'm met with attitude as if I'm being unreasonable for checking up on my car. The only answer I can get is that I will receive an email when it arrives. FANTASTIC......
Spend the extra money and go with a company that isn't just a call center that subcontracts the work to the actual trucking companies. Wouldn't use them again even if the service was free.

No communication. Had to keep following up. Car didn't go to the depot I booked and paid for. Had to pick up on the side of the road. Rang customer service to tell them what had happened and didn't care. Would never recommend them.

Customer service has rude, bad communication.

This company is shoddy very badly run and dodgy. Give them a miss. 15 working days to transport a car Melbourne to Darwin. 15 working days later the car is still in Melbourne. Silly lame excuses, they should not be in business. Have sent many cars this route with other companies and never a problem.

They took over 2months to deliver my vehicle with no updates when my vehicle arrived im only then told apparently their depot was broken into and the are not liable for the damages and missing property they refuse to give me a contract number or address for their depot which the originally told me was a 3rd party company and later when i called again tell me its a p&s logistics depot i dont believe a word they say. Do not trust them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tried to have me pay another $500 after I paid and completed paperwork. This is one of their scams, DO NOT PAY ANY EXTRA as they ask for this after you have paid in full, complete scam. My car was to be delivered 3 weeks ago at the latest. Still hasn’t left Vic. Rude customer service. Lie every week as to delivery. Told last week delivered today but still in Vic and needs to come to NTH QLD. Now told Monday delivery but hasn’t left Vic. No photos, can’t use app to track vehicle. REPORT TO VIC transport industry as well as Consumer Affairs. Contact me for to create a group class action. No management. Compulsive liars. I used truck it for other vehicle and arrived in 3 days, no issues.

Dishonest service! Made the booking on emucarcarriers after payment, P&S logistics sends you an email correspondence with their T&C which essentially say you will lose at least $250 deposit, and they can claimed they allocated a spot on the truck for you and take more off your account before refunding you which will take over 20 working days (provided they actually refund you).
The driver called to schedule a time to pick up my car, waited 2 hours, no one shows up. All calls and SMS went unanswered, and the office is closed for the day.
I will report them to ACCC and strongly suggest anyone who had been ripped off by them to do the same.

Booking
There was an error with the online portal so I couldn't select the date, I wanted -> I was directed to book the day prior and call up to change it, they failed to change the booking until I called 5 times

Pickup
They didn't give me the pickup location and told me I would find out on the day even after I called week prior to the transfer - all I was told was I could dropoff in launceston at my own discretion from 9am-4pm. On the day nobody called, so I called up - initially they refused to give me the driver's contact details, finally they relented and I called the driver who told me they could only pickup at 12.15am (it was 10.30 and I wouldn't physically get to the pickup location in time) and that if I wasn't there on time they couldn't pick it up that day (I had a flight booked that evening so couldn't stay!)

Drop-off
I got an email saying it was in Melbourne and I had one business day to pick it up. However the booking form only said "TBA Melbourne" for the pickup location! I sent an email to ask for the depot address and never got a reply. Finally I called and called and they told me the pickup address was SeaRoad, they refused to give a specific address asking if I had access to Google. So I went to the the Googled location at SeaRoad and found that P&S had since moved my car to another depot, without telling me! Ridiculous!

Damage
Finally some of the goods left inside the care was damaged

Avoid P&L Logistics at all costs. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a logistics company. Their communication is appalling, and they take absolutely no responsibility for their delays or mistakes. Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, we were met with excuses and silence. Their lack of professionalism is staggering, and it feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. Save yourself the stress—stay far away from this company.

Worst Customer service I've EVER experienced. They lie, they mislead and they make false promises then try to blame the weather and the fact I used a service that they offer i.e 'driver meet' to pick up my car for the fact they were 6 weeks late picking the car up. Ask a staff member to connect you to a Manager and they say they are a Manager when the next day they say they are not a Manager so can't make decisions. Offered me 100% refund then back tracked when pushed top give it.

The offshore call centre has no idea about the location of Australian cities and proposed illogical scheduling that I struggled to convince them would lead to even more delays. Impossible to talk to anyone who is genuinely in a position to make a decision or give a refund. They should be shut down for misleading & deceptive practices.

What a horrid company my car is 3 weeks late.
Its very dificult to get anyone to answer the phone and if you lucky enough to get through, no one knows what is happening and information given is totally inacurate.
