Terrible company please do not use PS logistic super delay a lot of alibi costumer service keep on promising dates of delivery and hang up calls. Better use other car mover. Don’t waste your money.... Toon meer

Never, Ever Again

Probably the worst customer service i have received, absolutely terrible service. Has an overseas call centre who don't give a damn about your car, your urgency, your circumstances etc...
Was told expect 3-5 days from Perth to Karratha as we paid extra for a quicker service, cant even get a date when the car will leave Perth after 7 days, and then they told me it was going to Darwin, until i corrected them.
They couldn't care less, once they get your money that's it.
I'd rate then a -5

Fraudulent company who promised express…

Fraudulent company who promised express delivery in 7 business days from Brisbane to Perth. Vehicle arrived after almost a month. Communication very poor dealing with what sounds like an overseas call centre. When escalated case to manager they were very rude and condescending and hung up on me when trying to enquire where my vehicle was. I was told it was being held at their secure holding yard in Tingalpa when in actual fact I found out it was in a public car park on Cleveland. I continually followed up to find out when the car was being collected to being shipped. Vehicle sat for almost two weeks without moving then the company blamed further delays on the cyclone. I understand the cyclone delayed freighting however if it has have been shipped on the last week of February as booked this further delay would not have occurred. Online tracker does not provide true details of vehicle location and is not updated. The day of delivery they were not able to provide a window for delivery and vehicle was delivered at 7pm at night by a different transport company. Case escalated to office of fair trading where they promised a refund which still has not been paid 6 weeks later. Very stressful experience, do not recommend.

These guys deserve a full minus 10…

These guys deserve a full minus 10 score. It has taken over 6 weeks to get our car from Adelaide to Perth. After 3 weeks they were still saying it would be delivered next week. Numerous phone calls and emails went unanswered. Given the time it has taken the truck to finally get to Perth it would appear that they couldn't even get the departure date correct when they finally confirmed that the car was finally on the way.

The worst company I've dealt with

If I could give less than zero stars I would. It's been six weeks and our car still hasn't been delivered. Last week I was told it would be there 28 April, when I asked what the problem was the agent hung up on me!!! I've just rung again and been told they will try to get it on a truck next week!!!! The worst company I've ever dealt with.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
The Company have failed to deliver.
How this Company can have statements on their website with words like "Best, Expert, Trust, Reliable, Accommodating" is unethical.
There is no point of contact, no answer to the phone number provided and senseless responses to emails.
The car was dropped off 26March, expected delivery 16April. It is now 24April and has not moved from drop off location.
We now have to fly back to recover the car and drive it across country ourselves.

I have just emailed the owner of this awful company. His name is Scott Smith and he is in Alabama. I have been trying to contact this horrible company regarding my refund minus the outrageous $250 cancellation fee. They won't answer my calls, I am sick of waiting and I will see if this criminal will refund my money or I will be contacting A Current Affair to investigate this company. I have never experienced such horrible behaviour from any establishment 😤

Don’t go near this business

Having booked online based on quotes sent to me by a referral site I found the immediate hurry to pay up disconcerting. So I did my research and found the reviews on Trustpilot, the numerous angry emojis on their facebook page and lots of other warnings to stay clear. I emailed the company several times to no avail, then I tried to ring the company but just spent more than 15 minutes listening to how important my call was to them and then another 10 to the phone ringing. I looked at their website to see if there was a way to cancel online. There was not. So I rang my bank and instructed them to try to recall my payment. Then I got an email from the company as if they hadn’t seen any of my other correspondence so I told them about my attempts to contact them unsuccessfully, that I’d spoken to my bank and that I wanted to cancel. To which they responded by saying they would charge a $250 cancellation fee. Which by Australia consumer law would seem unreasonable.

All the companies communications seem to be automated. They are only interested in taking your money and not providing any service.

If i could give ZERO stars i would - avoid THIS COMPANY!!

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Booked car in online on 4th march from Mount Gambier to home address in Adelaide. Picked my date for 6th March, paid $599. ETA was supposed to be around 14th March.
Called on the week of 17th March and it had been allocated a truck ''apparently" for the following week. Called again the week of 24th March and was told that it may not be coming until the following week as they didn't have a truck.
I have since been told that this is a 3rd party company and rely on having trucks on their books. These guys are the middle man and dont really care at all once they have your money. The only thing guaranteed is that they will take your money. I called on the 26th to cancel booking. Was told they would take $250 cancellation fee. Not sure why as they haven't done anything at all for my booking. I cancelled anyway but will take legal action now. Im still waiting on the refund.

I called another Australian company and my car was booked in for pick up on 31st March and made it to the Adelaide depot and i am now able to collect. I paid $332.49 with move my wheels who will get a great review from me.

AVOID P & S LOGISTICS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! YOUR CAR WILL SIT FOR MONTHS UNCOLLECTED AS THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH TRUCKS ON THEIR BOOKS.

P & S LOGISTICS - Nearly 1 month and not collected $599

as compared to move my wheels - 4 business days $332.49 and arrived ontime.

Already 25 days since we paid the invoice and car still in the depot in Brisbane and they can’t give me delivery date when then promise 12 days delivery before we pay the invoice

Our experience wasn't perfect but we are happy customers

I write this review with a positive outcome (not without concerns ) from P&S/Emu.
Yes,I did pay for an express service and yes,it did not arrive within a fair and reasonable time around the Estimate time of arrival (ETA) and yes,I did have plenty of concerns in particular given I had time constraints and schedules and deadlines I had to meet ,however,at the end of the day P&S/Emu did deliver my vehicle from Melbourne to Perth without an issue.
The Depot Manager in Melbourne was super attentative and kept me updated. 10/10
The vehicle/equipment/driver 11/10,very professional/attentative/experienced.
Depot Manager in Perth 10/10,had plenty of txt exchanges,including weekends and he always responded.
I picked my car up this morning at 8.30 am and my wife and I are happy we are on the road and mobile.
Thanks P&S/Emu-my experience wasn't perfect,in particular with your customer service and the extended transit times despite paying for express BUT,our car has arrived in good order/condition and as such,we are satisfied.

Took 8 weeks to deliver

Took 8 weeks to deliver. Difficult to get correct information. Took a week to even get picked up and so i could have been using it during that time, but they werent sure when a truck would arrive to pick it up? Ridiculous way to operate.. It was over christmas but because of a breakdown, somehow no one else could retrieve it,Took a long time to fix their truck.. Cost a fortune to use a hire car over that period and after many requests still no compensation.

Such bad service

Such bad service. I needed to pay a small fee of $100 as i had goods in my car for transport. Moving interstate i was short of time and asked if my car would be delayed if i could not transfer right away. No one answered me so I could prioritise, and instead they didn't move my car. This has left me and my toddler without a car walking in extreme heats. These people don't give a crap.

Do not go near this company

Do not go near this company - this company should not be allowed to trade. Arranged for them to transport our car to Broome but after it being past the due date, rang them nearly every day to hear that a driver had been assigned and would pick it up by “the end of the week” then “next week” for 3 weeks with no sign of it being moved. Also rude and arrogant when you talk to get to talk to them. I have now picked up the car and given it to someone I can trust. Do not be fooled by a cheap quote - when you factor in the cost of a hire car for how late they will be, it will be far more than any other reliable transport company. I’ll be doing all I can with CP to stop these guys operating the way they have.

id rate no stars...if you want to see your car...dont use these guys also trading as swifty car transport with a registered address of 8 thomas st yarraville and principal is udeshika wijewardena if you need someone to hold accountable...dont bother trying to call...they either dont answer or extremely rude....avoid at all costs

Horrible customer service , deceitful.

.WARNING: Best to avoid these guys. Horrible customer service and rude staff. A mate booked a car transport from me in Melb to him in Perth. They confirmed a Friday pickup. I called on Thurs to check on pickup time as there was no sound from them, was told "they may come tomorrow or maybe next week because they need 3 days notice" .. I told them the booking was done and confirmed 4 days ago, and there will be no one around if they try to pickup next week. Then they tried to insist the booking was not made in advance. But on record it was made 4 days prior and confirmed by them in email with addresses and numbers of contacts on both side.. after being confronted, they said they will pickup Friday as earlier confirmed. Next day, Friday noon came, and still no sound from them.
I called them again from pickup location and got a guy on the line who seemed to hardly understand English. Asked what happened to the confirmed pickup today?. He replied that the person who booked it cancelled it. I said wtf, since when? .... he said he did not know, and was getting stroppy over the phone and was insulting me, and challenged me to make a conference call with my mate in Perth. My mate who made the booking did not cancel anything. My mate in Perth then called them to find out wtf was going on, and at first they gave excuses that they did not have the pick up contact details (which were clearly in the email confirmation) , then they told him they tried calling but no answer,( but there were no missed calls in my phone) , then they said they came but no one was in, another lie as my sons room is next to the front door and we were home all day. My mate decided to cancel the trip,
Hope he gets his money back from this bunch of incompetant and deceitful lot masquerading as a logistics company.

It's been 5 weeks and I still don't know where my car is...

I would strongly advise against using P&S Logistics. I arranged for them to ship my car from Perth to the Gold Coast. At the time I booked I saw plenty of bad reviews but should have looked at them more closely (note also that they have just relisted on Google as "P&S Logistics Pickup Location" so now don't have many reviews, previously they were just "P&S Logistics" and had hundreds of 1* reviews).
They collected my vehicle on 22 November. I only decided to use them as they said it would be in Qld before Christmas. Well, that was over 5 weeks ago and I still don't know where the vehicle is. I called three times in the week leading up to Chrsitmas and each time was assured it would definitely be in Queensland before Christmas. So, given it's now 30 December and it's definitely not here, I can only assume the staff intentionally lie to you to get you off the phone (you'll need to call 4 or 5 times to get hold of them too, expect about 1 hour for this).
They closed for Christmas until 6 January leaving me completely in the dark about the location of my vehicle. To say it's been stressful is an understatement. Their communication is horrendous too.
I should have read the reviews more closely before engaging them, it was a huge mistake. I have held off posting a negative review, to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm starting to get seriously worried as to whether I will actually see my car again. I intend to notify the ACCC of their practices, to help other people avoid the situation I now find myself in...
