Do NOT USE P&S Logistics - scammers & I have reported car as stolen
Booked my car to be transported on 16/12 with 7-9 day express delivery from Sydney to Perth.
Car was collected on 19/12 from seller who took video of collection. Loaded onto trailer & I have no idea where the car is, physical location. Tracking does not work and after 5 emails without response & no-one answering phones I have reported matter to NSW Police as a stolen car. Keep clear of these folks. D
Fraud against the Australian State.
This company needs to be investigated by the AFP and ACCC.It has an ABN and tax file number plus collecting GST. The 1300 number is also shown as being connected to a P&S logistics in the USA. I bought a car in Melbourne. Paid this company $1588 to collect and deliver 1 month ago , I have a feeling I will never see my car again. .The owners are fictitious.One address for a CEO is in Multan,Pakistan hiding behind the name of a famous cricketer and possibly the person calling themselves "Jack". ,the other is named as being in Adelaide South Australia and according to the web site I found ,has worked for P&S for12 months.
The company has changed names three times, Swifty car trans port,EMU transport and now P&S. A search on GROK shows the same blurb as on the web site. The tracking feature on the website is fake and doesn't connect. They used a ute and trailer to pick up my car ,which has a false number plate on the ute. I wanted to cancel the job but contrary to Australian and Vic consumer law,they refused to do so. My experience mirrors that of many others in Australia who have been burnt by this company.I have little hope is seeing my car,which I could report as being stolen but Looking at the other reviews,this is going to be of little help.

I normally don't leave reviews let alone negative ones but these guys need to be stopped. This organisation has deleted its Google account and listed under another address. Their office is in VIC there is a pick up depot in Michinberry NSW supposedly. They were professional and polite till payment was made. After that they refused to provide updates the vehicle still has not been picked up and transported and it was booked in August. Full refund was also never recieved. owner was the rudest of them all. I personally am convinced that it's a scam business.
Employees I dealt with that were extremely rude were Moon, Norman, Jack, Sam.
Sam claimed to be the owner and promised me a full refund, when it failed to come through and I called back he answered but provided me with a different name.

Once they have your money that's when delays and discrepancies happen.. kept my car in their yard at 10 bucks per day. Never sent it when they said they would.. happened over and over again, I cancelled in the end, that's when the extra fees came in..

My take on the company is... they've found a loop hole and are using it to make a couple hundred off each person without delivering... they will get shut down and just make another co.pany under an new name and do the same thing.

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately we didn’t read the reviews before we booked P and S Logistics. They are rude, deceitful, lying scammers. We paid $844 for transport from Vermont South to Devonport. They picked up an MGF we purchased from carsales.com on 29/10/24. That afternoon I received an angry call from them stating they couldn’t take the car to port as the handbrake had failed and we needed to send a mechanic to their depot in Spotswood and we’d be charged an extra fee for taking it to the depot.
The previous owner kindly arranged for a mechanic to be sent the following morning and the handbrake was fixed for $275. He was advised it would be shipped that evening. When the ETA of 4/11 passed and we didn’t hear anything I called them. Got placed on hold for 20 mins then hung up on. Called back placed on hold numerous times and was told car still in depot as handbrake and clutch broken. I advised this was incorrect as we’d already fixed it. Woman completely unhelpful and we were told we’d receive an email later that day. Nothing. In the meantime I read all the horrific reviews and felt sick to my stomach. Phoned following day and again told car brakes, clutch broken. Placed on hold then told mistake made would be shipped following day. Following day they call to advise brakes and clutch not working. We pleaded with them to just take to searoad and we’d then deal with it. They refused saying it was dangerous. At this point we just wanted the car away from them fearing the damage they were causing. We hired Alex at Turbo Towing and transport 0419015148 (amazing service!) to rescue the car and take to a reputable shipping company. When he put the car on his flatbed he said the brake and clutch were working.
I genuinely believe they are malicious and don’t care once they have pocketed your money. All so unnecessary and stressful. Reported to ACCC.

Within 30 minutes of dropping off my car and giving my email address I started receiving enormous amounts of spam to that email.
It’s now with an intelligence agency for tracking to hopefully stop this abuse soon.

Simple transport from qld to wa. First I was told it was extra for transport as I had goods in the car. I had already spoken to someone who said I was fine to do it and then the day before told I needed to pay another $700. So I did. So I was told it would be 20-25 days. Perfect as I was out of town till then. I got an email in a week saying it had arrived and I needed to pick it up or start being charged. After my back and forth I showed them evidence and didn’t have to pay extra for storage.
HOWEVER
I just picked up my car and the guy came out with a jumper. Not a good sign. We jumped the car and ALL THE WARNING LIGHTS keep flashing and the car doesn’t charge the battery and the engine stops after a while no matter what you do. I’m at a 2 year old $450 heavy duty battery.
So I’m sitting on the side of the road in the heat waiting to pay someone god knows how much money to fix this. Honestly, don’t go near these people.
My car was incinerated during transit
A traumatising experience to say the least. P&S burned my car, thousands of dollars worth of belongings, along with multiple other cars during transit between Perth and Sydney in July. In the 3 months following this devastating incident, no progress has been made and I have received zero compensation or care. The company is not taking any responsibility, and it is quite clear they are trying to shift the blame to their “carrier”. The staff have been condescending and extremely unhelpful on the phone and via email following this incident - they have not shown any empathy or care and have once even hung up on me while I was speaking, which is just blatantly rude. I have received barely any follow up, and the “update” emails that I do receive simply re-state the same thing over and over, that they are still trying to find the cause of the fire. I have received zero compensation for any of the losses and the company have told me it is not their responsibility to refund the $1300 I paid for the service that I very clearly did not receive. Truly the worst experience I have ever had with any company, and as a young person moving across the country, it has been a huge financial burden that has caused me a huge amount of stress and devastation. Please take my advice and steer clear.

company gives the transport industry a bad name. Quoted for a 4WD and paid the amount. Dropped off the vehicle and told all good. Then no less then 10 minutes later I receive an email saying it’s too long, or over 5.2 as per their small print T&Cs and need to pay double the amount. I said no and went back and collected the car. In the yard two of their employees were doing burn outs in a car before putting it onto a carrier. Luckily not mine. Anyway contacted them and was told I had to pay a $250 cancellation fee. Yep no problem as they were not taking my car anywhere. Their manager Moon was very condescending and extremely unhelpful. Didn’t even offer a solution and emailed me saying my vehicle was too high? He couldn’t even get that right and in my opinion this is a very worn out tactic they use to get extra money from trusting people.
I ending up being charged more than the $250 cancellation fee and took nearly 6 weeks.

Awful experience. My car was stuck in Adelaide for 21 days, and when I inquired about the delay, I was told it would be transported to Brisbane within a week. I ended up canceling the deal and went with another transportation company, and my car arrived in Brisbane in just 3 days. On top of that, they still haven't paid my refund. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with – don't trust them with your car. To make matters worse, their online tracking system doesn't even work. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more on a reputable car carrier run by trustworthy people.

We engaged P&S Logistics to move our new BMW x5 from Mornington BMW to Brisbane on 8 August 2024 under an express transport agreement. We paid $1,340 for this service.
Despite multiple promises to collect our vehicle, it was still sitting at BMW Mornington on 15 August 2024. As we had, by this point in time, been promised that the car would be collected on multiple occasions, we chose to cancel the service on this date.
Despite P&S's failure to collect the car, they initially attempted to charge us a fee of $300 despite no one attending to collect the car or it being scheduled. We disagreed and it was agreed that this would be lowered to $150.
On 19 August 2024, Meena advised us that the refund would be processed that week. No refund was received.
On 22 August 2024 we enquired as to the whereabouts of our money. On 23 August 2024, Meena advised us that the funds would be processed that week. No refund was received.
We contacted their office on 12 August 2024 to follow up the refund and were advised by the consultant that we would receive a return call. No such call or email has been received.
We would STRONGLY RECOMMEND you do not use this carrier. I was informed by multiple other providers that this is a common experience when dealing with this business.
We ended up using Greg at SouthCoast Towing Service (+61 416 124 632) who delivered our car safely in 3 days door to door. Would use this other company again in a heartbeat.

They have told me nothing and straight up lied to me,.paid extra for door service from Tasmania to gympie Queensland. I've phoned several times and can't get it straight answer. I had to pay an extra 200 dollars for a mechanic in Melbourne to start the car because it has a choke and they couldn't figure it out.the car is now supposed to be in Brisbane and I've decided to chase it up and collect the car from wherever the hell it is.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCETCHY AT BEST. I didn't want to write this review but they have earned it.Im so stressed over this whole ordeal.DONT GET CAUGHT. Update.... finally retrieved my car from Brisbane.my car had the drivers door handle ripped off.scratches all over the boot lid and the poor little car looked like it had been through the desert.NEVER AGAIN.!!!

Very long story short. 12 days to get my vehicle from adelaide to melbourne. Vehicle arrived with glass all throughout the car from the windscreen that they had smashed and not told me about. The interior mouldings around the windcreen have been permanantly damaged from whoever their installer was. To top things off before pickup from their depot in spotswood melbourne it was found that the vehicle had sustained underbody damage aswell to the exhauust and heat shielding. After probing P&S logistics about the windscreen they came clean and admitted to smashing it. However they denied the underbody damage. I was simply told by their so called manager ( Amy ) that this sometimes happens in the car transport business
To make matters worse their online tracking system does not work
Do your self a favour and pay a little bit more for a reputable car carrier that is run by genuine people.

The worst car transport company I have used. Zero communication, they hang up on you when trying to locate your vehicle. When you finally get to speak with someone they tell you your car will arrive in a certain day.... it never arrives.
They don't call you to tell you there has been ANOTHER delay , even though most ppl need to arrange others to facilitate pickup.
I wrote a review of my experience so far , the manager called me after seeing the review to say she had finally tracked the car down and promised its delivery today. I rang today to get ETA as need to get assistance with transport to collect, to then be informed it wasn't arriving today at all, and it should arrive in another couple of days. I was also informed that cars can't be guaranteed to be delivered and can take months to arrive.
There is zero care taken, I suspect any good reviews are from friends and relatives of this company.
Please dont waste your time and energy on a company that has zero communication, zero commitment and takes zero responsibility for their appalling business practises.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with P&S Logistics. I booked their services on the 25th of June to transport my car, and it didn’t arrive until the 30th of August—over two months later.
The company showed a complete lack of care regarding the delivery time. Communication was poor throughout the process, and when I asked for updates, the estimated delivery times they provided were consistently inaccurate. It felt like they were just guessing rather than giving me reliable information.
The delay was incredibly frustrating, and the lack of transparency and concern from the company only made it worse. I would not recommend P&S Logistics if you're looking for timely and professional service.
