I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy even if he wanted a car moved to another city.on line they promise 2 to 3 business days cairns to Townsville and 9 business days later it arrived. I called them a few times and no interest in helping and you get your car soon.

Great service, my car was delivered from Pickles Bolhe in Townsville QLD to Newcastle NSW with no problems. There was some delay but I understand the logistics on the delivery of one car would be tricky all things considered. The team always responded to my queries and the service was effective and prompt. The driver helped me to move my car from the pickup point to my mechanic for registration, and this was legendary, saving me from more hassle and organisation. Thank you to the team at P&S Logistics for organising and delivering my vehicle in tip top shape, in good time and with a friendly service. Well done and thanks again.

I have been readjusting my schedule around your lies and the unknown for the past 7 weeks.

- After booking my car in for collection on May 9th and it being approved, you stated that the car will be collected a WEEK after the day its marked ready for collection, as someone who was moving interstate, in what world does it make sense to assume that the day my car is booked in for collection is flexible for the next week? This should have been stated on the booking side as I was not communicated this until i called on the collection day asking what time my car would be collected. Then i had to contact the courier directly as per your directions, to organise this as you weren't planning on getting my car for another week!

- I was also advised on the phone that as a suggestion for collection the day after (may 10th) i should leave my car at a park with my keys hidden somewhere so they culd organise collection earlier!!! LEAVE my car at a park?!?!

- I also received this email from you on May 13th - 4 days AFTER you had collected my car..

"Please note that pickup happens within 2-5 business days of the customer's selected pickup date. We are currently working on scheduling the pickup of your vehicle. Our team will contact you prior to pick up for advising a confirmed date and time."

To which I responded with:
"I’m trusting that this email does not mean that you’ve lost my vehicle?
My vehicle was collected from my address on May 9th after I spoke directly to the courier myself as you never even made a booking.
As I have no faith in P&S logistics,
Please advise me of the current location of my car so I know you haven’t lost it.
I trust the courier however I simply do not trust you at all.
Thanks. "

- Not only did I not have tracking for the first 6 plus weeks of you having my car, I was lied to on multiple occasions about when and IF my car was on the truck for departure from both WA and Brisbane.

- The dates on the tracking are back up and running now only as of 3 days ago, however are also incorrect, it states an ETD from yanchep being 03/06/2024 and arrival in midvale being the 4th, when you in fact collected my car on May 9th. How do these dates coincide?

If for tracking purposes you are trying to imply that these dates follow an order that should be respected, then it's actually all lies.

- You didn't answer the phone to me for 11 days straight, and kept disconnecting our online chats. Once I rang off a friend's phone, you answered INSTANTLY, assuming you blocked my number? Is that your usual solution to customer queries?

- In the past week, ive been told my car left on the truck from brisbane on Tuesday. To then call for a follow up on Thursday to check the arrival was still planned for friday as i had to organise for another rental car, to be told it didn't actually leave until wednesday. TO THEN calling on Friday to be told it in fact didn't leave until Thursday. Are you sure you're even aware of the vehicles you're talking about?

I rang today as I was told my car would arrive by Friday June 28th 3pm. I extended my rental car till Monday (today - July 1st) so I could organise my kids the morning of collecting my car. When I called to get a rough time for collection today to organise transport for myself to the depot, to be told that "the driver took a break so your car wont be there until Wednesday"?!?!

Absolute joke. 100% not impressed and in all honesty i deserve some compensation for the time, energy and money spent accommodating to your lies.

Very bad customer service, I was originally quoted $640 then had to pay and extra $440 for pick up and delivery estimated time was 4-6 days ended up being 21 days, they couldn't tell me where the car was only to find that it was still at auction site who then sent me a bill for a late pickup of $770! so do not use this company at all, They have very poor customer service and really don't car at all about you or your car!

Our vehicle arrived earlier than the ETA given, extremely pleased.
The team notified us as soon as it arrived and allowed us enough time so as to pick it up from the yard. Excellent service

If you are reading this, you are thinking of using these guys as a service provider to move on or more of your assets. Well, just like the other many in this review, I can only warn you that you will most likely regret your decision really bad. I paid these guys to move my car from NSW to WA. Due date was 27th May. Car rocked up here on the 12th June. During this period, we requested an update on the whereabouts of my car, as it was many days late. No one could answer us on the status of my car... my concerns were answered by "I cannot be bothered" coming from an employee of interest.
The best part yet... THEY COPIED MY CAR KEY !!!!
My car eventually arrived in NSW with a brand-new aftermarket Fob Key. THEY COPIED MY KEY !!!!
In the car, inside the gear sock, I found 2 dash screws that was left out... probably while they had to gain access to the ignition to do the coding.
none of this was communicated to us, and they proceeded to make changes to my car and the key.

We have since been trying to contact them to explain the key alteration, but needless to say, they have been ignoring us until today.

The process has started with the consumer protection and also fair trading.

Please reconsider your decision if you know what is good for you.

No communication, over a month to get from A to B when the estimate was 7-10 business days.
Rude on the phone, not helpful.

After paying P&S logistics to move my vehicle interstate, they collected the car and sent me an invoice for an additional 50% since the car was "bigger". They refused to substantiate with evidence why an alleged 10cm length exceedence would justify 50% more cost. I tried to cancel but they demanded 400% of the original collection fee to allow cancellation. I had no option but to submit to their extortion. Eventually, after receiving the car 3 weeks later, the subcontracted transporter advised that the car was perfectly within spec and they did not charge any additional fees. It is hence clear that P&S has a deliberate strategy of extortion once they have custody of your asset. I would avoid them and their abrasive, rude customer service consultants at all cost.

Supportive and timely service. Car arrived earlier than estimated and were accommodating for pick up considering my medical condition.

Paid for full price and delivery service has not provided as proposed. Reported to fair trading about their company.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had transporting a car which I have done many times before.
Their communication is atrocious, There was no communication confirming they’re having received my car or letting me know when it would arrive Unfortunately, I had booked with them before reading their reviews.
My car was damaged in transit and I sent in an email as instructed, eight days and 4 calls later I still have not heard back from anyone.
While my car was in transit, it was mislaid as no one knew where it was, and when it would arrive.
Thankfully, I had my own insurance which I will be now claiming through.

Spent two weeks in a hotel in Emporia Va took training,although I have been driving everything for 27 years, found out all loads are brokered and don’t pay anything from Connecticut south,loads pay more south to north ! Did flatbed before but this takes the cake!, they want you to “X” chain everything and tarp loads that have been sitting outside for 7 months at the shipper,the broker says the customer wants it tarped!, don’t pay anything extra ,benefits are good but the take home pay just SUCKS out of making a $1300.00 paycheck taxes ,benefits you take home less than $650.00 bucks after being out all weeks ,trucks are JUNK ran into the ground . TMC and Western Express get better loads to run !!!!!! 😕stay away!!!

The most unprofessional and unethical company I have and will ever come across!
Extremely rude and unhelpful team on the phone who yell and shout at you over the phone simply because you are requesting that your car gets picked up for shipping the pick up day you actually paid extra money for. Not only that, you find the disgusting reviews online and cancel the shipping request, and they humiliate you for the refund. I’ve been requesting my refund since the 12th of March 2024 and I have not received it yet. The company forged a refund receipt and sent it to me but no money was refunded!
The pick up person will rock up without a truck to even pick up your car and the person covered in oil and dirt.
Reviews show other unsatisfied customers who received their card either later than the drop off day the paid for, damaged cars and stolen items from cars, or empty fuel tanks, or car left for weeks in yards under storms and severe weather. This company never took responsibility for damaging customers cars.
PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Don’t fall for this scam. You’ll lose your money and cars.

After reading the other reviews I was very nervous about dealing with P&S, but in all honesty I think I’ve ended up being one of the lucky few where nothing actually went wrong with my car. They sub contracted out to Prixcar Transport for the actual travel and delivery of the car, which turned out fine. I will however say that P&S logistics customer service was awful. Lots of long silences on the phone, no follow up calls to my queries, they acted like they couldn’t give a s**t in all honesty. Dealing with this company had me worried about the state of the car and how long it would take. Although my experience wasn’t as bad as everyone else’s, I would definitely recommend going through a better, more professional company. It’s not worth the stress you’ll be put through.

Avoid this company, transported my vehicle from Queensland to Western Australia , they damaged my car and refused to make good, used half my fuel and stated that they only used it to load and unload trucks, my interior was filthy like the drivers were covered in crap and they left the window open, dust everywhere.

Trash company! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Id rather have to call Centrelink 20 times a day than these guys. You call and get either an incredibly rude woman who will answer the phone with “what do you want?” Or a guy who is so unhelpful and ends the call by saying goodbye in a mocking voice. At this point P&S don't bother with the call centre and just have the chat. It takes 2 and a half hours for a reply, but at least the reply had a tiny shred of information to offer.

When my car arrived, the person who actually delivered it didn't confirm any information about who I was. I had just come home from a walk and he just handed me the keys, someone, for all he knows walked up to him off the street. He took pictures of my car and walked off.

This ‘company’ has ridiculous terms conditions that outline that they aren't responsible for any damage to the car, but they also don’t send you this information until AFTER you’ve paid for the service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

How can I report this Company…. Surely customers need to be protected from these scammers… I don’t even know if I am to receive my car
