Horrible company that lies continuously
Horrible company. Zero communications and lies. Paid to have a car moved from Adelaide to Perth. On 2/1/24 they requested the zero balance sheet from pickles (reasonable). Within an hour I emailed it to them.
Multiple attempts on their website to track the vehicle. Tried on the 17th and 21st. No response. Went direct chat today, 5 attempts. No success.
Finally called and got a rude, condescending young woman who lied continuously. Tried to say I never sent the zero balance sheet and they have been trying to contact me.
I resent the sheet while she lies non-stop trying to say she never got it the first time. The headers on the email show otherwise. I have never received a call or sms from them. Just more lies. She has said my car has been moved to urgent and will arrive about a week later than the estimate.
I have screen shots of what should be. They are truly a horrible company that deserves to go out of business so other decent companies can make money. As for the young lady who lies so continuously, a job at Maccas would be too good for her.

If I could give negative stars I would... NO communication and NO customer service. The car Tracking on their website is just for show and tells you know information, same with the DIRECT CHAT, it is not monitored and no one responds. I was called and advised that my car would be delivered on the 13/1/24 between 1pm and 4pm and when it had not arrived I tried to call them, but guess what... THE F U C K I N G OFFICE WAS CLOSED... At the very least I should have been notified that it was not going to be delivered and given an explanation as to why. Now I have to wait until Monday to call as they are closed on Weekends to find out where the hell my car is.

One of the worst customer service organisations I have ever dealt with. Bought a car in WA on 30/11/23 and was told 14 days for delivery and we are now over 1 month and they keep lying about the car leaving WA and they are now suggesting it will arrive on the 10/1/24.
Wouldn't trust them with a match box car!
Was quoted 15 days possibly 23-41 days later my car has arrived with a smashed front fender.
The staff member in the delivery yard pretended to speak little english-indicated to take photo and then walked off!
No care, no service and no idea where your car is for 41 days!

Ended up being Melbourne then stuck in Devonport then stuck in Launceston BY MISTAKE then delivered 50kms out side Hobart when I paid for Hobart delivery. NO APOLOGY over the phone.
Have emailed several times with no response after me picking it up 50Kms out of my way.
Service was terrible ( RUDE CONDESCENDING ) when phoning and told strait lies over the 18 Days
(Third party business) they do not own the trucks, their website looks like they do, VERY MISLEADING
Terrible experience
The initial quote was almost doubled but I went ahead as there was some time pressure on collection. After collection it sat in their Sydney depot for over a month. It was very difficult to get updates on status and what was shared was generally incorrect. Despite paying for door to door delivery I then received an SMS at 3am on Saturday morning telling me that the driver was only willing to go to the exit from the freeway and that I had to meet them there if I wanted the vehicle...
Avoid this company!!!
Don’t use this company they are a 3rd party online company. My car took over 2 weeks to arrive from Newcastle to Mackay which is a 20 hour drive. When it stopped over in Brisbane they wanted an extra $400 to be forwarded to Mackay there was nothing I could have done so I paid and it took a further week to arrive. I am going to make a complaint to the Department of Fair Trading. Avoid this company!!!

Please stay clear of this company and pay the small bit extra that other companies charge such as Prixcar ect.
Worst company to use. they have no clue where your car is located once you drop it off and will give incorrect details to try keep you happy while it sits in there yard for 7-14 days with no movement.
i was able to track my vehicle location as it had a tracker system fitted and aware of their lies
Car transport? Steer clear
I booked them to transport my niece's car from Sydney to Melbourne as i bought the car fir my son. The car was detailed inside and out a week before it was dropped off at the shipping depot. It took 6 days and the car arrived filthy inside and numerous dents in the body. The front bumper bar was covered in insects and the odometer showed over one hundered kilometres more than when it was dropped off. Bumper bars were also hanging off. There was mud on the inside of the car and on the seats. The car smelled of curry. I can only conclude someone at P&S logistics took the car for a joy ride. We were told to send an email with photos which we did. The response was dismal, shirking all responsibility.

Probably the worse interstate c a r transport company I've used. Communication is bad. Service is bad. Online tracking is a joke. When you call. They had no idea where the car was as they used 3rd party companies. Car should have been delivered by now and all they keep telling me is its only an estimated time.
Other companies deliver well before estimated time and kept me up with every check point.
Take your money and spend it with another company.
Update 25/08: SO AFTER TAKING A SECOND DAY OFF WORK TO WAIT FOR THIS CAR TO ARRIVE. BECAUSE THIS WAS WHAT WAS ADVISED BY ERIC ON THE PHONE TEAM. THE CAR IS ACTUALLY NOT EVEN IN SYDNEY YET. LIES LIES LIES!!!
SERIOUSLY. THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS STAFF IS A COMPLETE JOKE.

Please do not use this company. Our experience was harrowing. We paid them nearly $3000 to move our motor home from Tasmania to Melbourne. They could not tell me where my vehicle was, gave me multiple sites and dates and when pressed for exact details their customer service people were rude, dismissive and hung up on us. Requests to speak with the manager resulted in us being yelled at and when we traveled to the address given and we called their office asking how to find our vehicle we were told the ‘address’ was in the email- dock 2 Pt Melbourne! Thank goodness for the amazing staff at Sea Load - who ww didn’t pay- who went above and beyond to help us find our dream bus on the docks and got us moving. Shame on you P&S logistics, you took a long awaited positive moment and turned it into an appalling experience.

They promise the world, then can not deliver on what they quote, all whilst giving ZERO communication in the process.
Terrible communication right from the beginning. Took WAY longer than they quoted (Sydney to Perth, they quoted 24 working days, took just shy of 2 months. Yes, over 1 month late.)
Firstly, after my payment, they never bothered to send a confirmation email. I had to chase them up for one.
Secondly, they never sent me the address of the drop off place, despite saying they would. I had to chase them up for it. Only got it literally the day before the drop-off date, and after chasing them up. Talk about incompetent.
Thirdly, and this is where it gets bad, the due date given was the 24th May. I called to check its progress on this date (because they hadn't told me anything at all). They said they would get back to me to let me know. They never did. Incompetent again, and poor communicators.
6 days later, I call again, they give me another company's number to call. It turns out they gave me the WRONG NUMBER. I had to get the right number a different way. And guess what? Guess what its progress was? On its due date to arrive in Perth... it HADN'T EVEN LEFT SYDNEY YET! Yet again, incompetent on so many levels.
It's not just the slowness, it's the zero communication. Where was the communication to let me know there was a massive delay?
6 days later (6 days after its due date) still the same. Hadn't even left Sydney. From then, 4 days later, I received even more false departure and arrival date information more than once.
I get the whole 'we can't guarantee arrival dates' thing. If it was only a couple of days late, I'd understand. But it was over a month late, and yet they, who were accountable did not give one single iota of communication as to what was happening.
A large failure on their end, and refusal to take any responsibility or to take any action to reach a solution for their incompetence.
Hey P&S Logistics, if you are incapable of meeting a deadline, don't quote it! It is misleading, dishonest and false advertising.
P&S Logistics are dishonest, they are misleading, they can't/won't deliver what they say they will, and it's just a matter of time until this dodgy company goes out of business.
I will never use them again. Look elsewhere, everybody.
