Requested transport on 16th Dec

Requested transport on 16th Dec. Contacted on 12th January for pickup. Took money no receipt despite numerous requests. Finally cancelled charged $250 cancellation fee despite them not honouring terms and conditions. Dodgy

P&S Transport is completely unreliable…

P&S Transport is completely unreliable and unprofessional. My car delivery was badly delayed, calls were ignored, and when answered, the staff were rude, careless, and spoke absolute nonsense without giving any real information.

There was no communication, no accountability, and no concern for customers at all. I wasted so much time chasing them and got nothing but excuses. Trusting them with my vehicle was a huge mistake.

Do not use this company. This level of service is unacceptable and embarrassing for a transport business.

The booking was made and paid for in full on 07/11/2024. The car was dropped off at the Warwick Farm depot on 24/11/2025, with an estimated arrival date at the Perth depot of 06/01/2026.
After reading Google reviews and seeing similar experiences from other customers, I attempted to cancel my booking. The company then demanded an additional $500 to transport the car by rail or a cancellation fee of USD $250. It was clear I would not get a fair outcome, so I lodged a dispute with my bank to request a refund, and the matter is now under investigation. A family member has since collected my car, as I no longer wish to deal with this company.
The comparison service that provided the original quotes was Aussie Car Transport, which shares the same address as P&S. They also supplied quotes from Emu Car Carriers, Car Transport Express, Vehicle Move, and Expert Car Transport — all of which appear to be the same company. Another comparison service, Car Transport Services, also provided quotes from these same carriers.
Fair Trading NSW has advised that P&S Logistics is registered in Victoria under the name Swifty Car Transport. I have lodged a police report through the cyber.gov.au website and encourage other affected customers to do the same. This is a company whose website is registered in Pakistan and appears to operate with the sole intention of deceiving customers.

My sister recently paid an extra fee on top of the significant charges to take her car from Perth to Brisbane. She was told it would take 5 to 8 days to arrive.
She was given a tracking number and link - that does not work! So she never knew where her car was. Also, every time she called to check on a delivery date, she was hung up on - sometimes 9 times in each attempt!
Her car was stuck in Adelaide apparently for weeks with no explanation.
All in all, it was incredibly stressful for her and cost her so much more to get around, because it took a month for her car to arrive. It was completely covered in dirt when it did arrive and I luckily had some water to clean off the windscreen when I arrived at Willawong to pick it up for her. I couldn’t even see through the windscreen!
You’d think a quick hose off when it arrived would be a nice gesture, but the Willawong pick up place is nothing more than a desolate rocky yard with no hose in sight, and a For Lease sign out the front. Do yourself a favour and find a reputable company with decent customer service.

What excuse next

A seven day turn around, payed in full, is up to 4 weeks now with 3 now show pick up times.
Staff are absolutely full of it and lie to keep you from calling.
Never, ever use these Cowboys, quicker to push your vehicle interstate.

Its a NO from me.

I’ve used numerous car companies before and TBH, this was hideous service. The pickup was extremely late, delivery date came and went. When I called I mostly couldn’t understand the person on the phone. Got hung up on 3 times, zero commitment. I engaged a separate independent to pickup and deliver. Never again….!

Like most of other ppl wrote reviews are soooooo TRUE!!!
Super unreliable and pay extra for exact day to pick up my car but they didn’t come to pick up. When asked, staff was no idea when driver came because they ordered 3rd company car transport truck driver.
Luckily Ive received my car earlier than estimated dates but they broken my car key. Asked for compensation and customer support replied within 30mints and said asked depot manager and driver but no one realised broken key during transportation.
Super surprised they could contact 3rd company staff such a short time for this matter but they didn’t contact when I asked when driver would come to pick up my car.
Also they said they won’t damage support car key and personal belongings.

Worst company ever.
I wish I read other people reviews before booking them.
Never ever used again and recommended other people.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. They are currently holding the car in perth (was coming from WA to QLD) for a month longer than what was discussed. The customer rep I finally got a hold of hung up on me 4 times then would not give me the address that the car is being held at. He also called me stupid on the phone and tried charging another $150!! Utterly unbelievable. I cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss and am now seriously considering reporting the car as stolen.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from P & S Logistics regarding the transport of my classic Ford Mustang from Melbourne to Perth. I selected their premium service—paying over $1,900 for transport plus an additional $169 each way for door-to-door delivery—specifically because I needed the vehicle delivered within 12–17 business days for a car show. I even adjusted my pickup date to November 20th after realizing timing would be tight, and I booked my flight to Perth for the following day, trusting their schedule.

On the 20th, my vehicle was not collected as planned. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on twice. Only on my third attempt did a supervisor, Jay, finally speak with me. He confirmed the booking and assured me the car would be delivered within 10 days if I dropped it off at their Yarraville depot. I appreciated this solution and did as instructed.

Once in Perth, the experience became even worse. I spent weeks emailing and calling the company, trying to track my vehicle. Many calls were ignored, operators were rude or uninformed, and several times I was hung up on again. Despite my repeated attempts to get clarity, no one provided accurate updates.

I eventually learned—on my own—that my car had been sitting at Perth Airport. P & S Logistics claimed they were “too busy” and insisted they had until December 17th to deliver it, despite my earlier correspondence explaining my deadlines. In the end, I personally collected the car on December 8th.

When I saw my vehicle, I was devastated. This is a show car, yet it had been left in a holding yard, covered in dust and showing multiple scratches. The ignition barrel was damaged, with repairs quoted at $3,500, and the car now needs a $1,200 polish to restore its appearance. To make matters worse, I was told that if I chose to pick up the vehicle myself, I would forfeit the fee I paid for door-to-door service.

This has been the worst customer service and logistics experience I have ever encountered. The lack of communication, the unprofessional handling of calls, the failure to meet agreed timelines, and the damage to my vehicle are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend P & S Logistics to anyone.

*Advised no manager and what do you want me to do about it , dont care .
*Told no refund, and laughed at me.
*I organised another transport company , magically, P&S somehow state they can pickup on the selected day if i dont cancel.
* So unorganised , rude staff , avoid giving you time frames and straight answers.

These guys are absolute bottom feeders! Don't find out the hard way, listen to what I say!
*Got a quote
*Called to enquire about said quote, they couldn't pick up my car on the desired day, so I said no problem, I'll try elsewhere.
*Then, all of a sudden the phone operator checked with his supervisor, they DO have a truck on the day I needed. WOW great!! Such Luck for me!!!
* I paid
*Lies lies lies.
Sooo, long story short.....
- Truck didn't turn up. (I'd bet my bottom dollar there was no truck).
- Depot they then advised me to drop car to did not exist.
- Incapable of answering a phone.
- email comms with P & S were utterly excruciating.
- One email reply every two days... if ya lucky!!
- Initially, they admitted guilt and sent me a shamelessly grovelsome reply offering to try again (but try harder this time, whatever that means)????
I declined and asked for my money back ASAP as they had proven themselves to be completely and utterly incapable of even beginning to do what they had been paid to do.
- Then they bounced between telling me the truck was on its way.....then sorry for the hassle, to then truck arrive soon.... I advised them multiple times the car was no longer there...They knew, they will just try and bore you into submission to get a refund fee. I'm pretty sure these fat, ugly, dead-beat, gutter dwelling insects do not even have a truck.
They just tell you what you want to hear, take your booking, don't deliver, then stuff you around hoping you'll give up.
**Oh yeah also, once the "truck driver" called me about six days after I'd told them (multiple times) my car wouldn't be there after the circus they had performed.
The "truck" cab ambience sounded incredibly similar to the call centre and also the voice of the first operator I spoke to when they initially began to spin their web of lies.

Two cars transported and damaged

Two cars transported interstate. There is no visibility provided once the cars leave you, and then both vehicles arrived badly damaged. We have photographic proof that they left in good condition, and arrived damaged, but P & S Logistics will not take any steps to help us resolve the issue and take no responsibility for the damage done. We will now be thousands of dollars out of pocket to repair the cars. Do not use this company to transport your private motor vehicles.

Worst company I have ever encountered

This company has no regards for consumer laws, they were contracted to pick up my RV from Broome WA, to deliver to my home in NSW, although receiving repeated assurances in regards to the pick up driver contacting me the day before scheduled pick up, no such contact was made, after repeated calls the next day, they kept referring to contradicting small print in their receipt that they could pick up any time within 5 days, totally contrary to the agreed timing in the booking process, and subsequent communication. After repeated contacts on my part it was eventually agreed to a drop off location,3 days later I got an email asking about the location of the vehicle, the next day I was asked to deliver the vehicle some 320 Kms South of where they originally arranged for drop off, which was impossible as I had returned home to NSW.I then become extremely concerned about their ability to fulfill their contract, and set about cancelling, for non performance. Then the emails backwards and forwards about their reluctance to refund the booking fee, following a dozen or so emails indicating that they would not refund any amount, they agreed to just under 50%.
As far as I'm concerned, never trust this company with your precious vehicle or money. Stay away.
My only consolation was that they never got possession of my vehicle.

This is the worst company I ever

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I did eventually get my car, but only one of the two key fobs - photos were taken of both being handed over. I had to threaten to call the police before I got my car and they rudely hung up on me and lied to me. Do not use this company.

Absolutely terrible service!

Absolutely terrible service!
Never choose P&S Logistics. I chose this company to transport two cars, but after waiting for two months, I still hadn’t received both of them. During those two months of waiting, I constantly asked them when my cars would be delivered, and they kept lying — always saying “next week” or “tomorrow.” They never listened to me, often hung up the phone, and completely wasted my time and patience.

The worst part is that they even damaged some parts of the cars before delivering them. They are truly rude, dishonest, and unprofessional people who will do anything without caring about their customers. I’m saying this again — never choose this company.

Normally, I’m not the kind of person who complains like this, but I was extremely frustrated and disappointed, so I’m writing this. If you choose them, you will regret it. I just want to make sure that others don’t lose their time, opportunities, and property like I did.

I strongly believe that the Australian government must take immediate action to stop their operations, as they are causing harm to people’s property everywhere. I will thoroughly research how to file a strong complaint about this company with the Australian government and I will definitely do it.

If i could give a no star i would, the lack of communication from the office to the drivers the arrogant attitude of all the staff Yes, they were cheap but never again The driver just rang for delivery 7.30 in the evening, didn't follow my instruction's not to park on the dual carriage way in front of our property because its dangerous then was threatening and abusive when i asked him to go round the back, he even wanted me to punch him i genuinely feel he wanted to fight me i am nearly Seventy and he's a young fit guy This Companie is a disgrace

I had an absolutely dreadful experience…

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with P & S Logistics/Emu Car Carriers, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. My car was transported through their service, and upon arrival, I discovered significant water damage to the interior. This was absolutely unacceptable. When I reached out to them to file a claim and seek compensation, they completely ignored my concerns and did nothing to take responsibility.

Not only did they fail to acknowledge the damage, but their customer service was entirely unhelpful. It felt as though they were trying to wash their hands of the entire situation. There was zero effort on their part to resolve the issue or even offer an apology. Water damage can be extensive and costly to repair, yet P & S Logistics acted as if it was no big deal.

If you care about your property and want a company that values customer satisfaction, do NOT choose P & S Logistics. Their lack of accountability and utter disregard for customer complaints makes them one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away unless you’re willing to risk your car and receive zero support when things go wrong.

Car to be picked up in Stawell Victoria…

Car to be picked up in Stawell Victoria to Adelaide. After constant enquiries and being told that the car would be picked up (Which never occured) I decided to cancel the order to be told it would cost me a total of $389 cancellation fee. As I had no leverage I asked for the refund of the balance which took quite some time & lots of tooing & froing before being received. A very difficult contractor to deal with.

Great Service

First of all I will say I am so sorry for other people's experiences that has left them upset, my dealings with P&S were the total opposite.

My Dad passed away and we needed to move his car from East Devonport to Sydney. Pick up date for the car was booked on the 28th Aug but they came on the 1st Sept which was still in the pick up timeframe they advertised. I received a call from them on the 6th Sept stating the car has arrived in Sydney and asking as a courtesy would I be happy if they dropped it to my address, as I had already booked for the car to be dropped off at the depot I declined but thanked them for their service. As I arrived at their depot (Sydney, Warwick Farm) Hammad was there to greet me, lovely bloke, very professional, he showed me to the car and off I went.
East Devonport is in Tasmania so they not only picked the car up, booked it on the boat to cross the water to Melbourne then it was transported from MEL to SYD, this all happened within 9 days and in the specified time frame of the companies policies.
There were no hidden costs or delays.
Mate, if you are after a basic car removal...insure you book a few weeks ahead to cover yourself, these guys did a great job and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
