I was very satisfied with the course. I purchased the PDF, but the certificate was not included in PDF format (Only jpeg). I've sent several emails regarding this issue, but have not received any response.

No Certificate Delivery!!
I ordered the course a few days ago, I watched all of the boring videos. Yet the website claims that I had 0% completion… So I watched them all AGAIN, and STILL, it says 0%.
I assumed that this was a bug in the site, so just followed through with getting my certificate: I had preordered it for aprox. £10, after filling out the application multiple times, I have received nothing over the last few days. What’s more, I only ordered the PDF file!!!!
Reached out to support, guess what? No response. Typical.
I’m giving them no more than a few days to sort this out, or I’m going for the refund and moving on.

Cannot Fault it!
The ease of signing up and receiving the resources straight away was a great start. The information given and the format of the Hydrotherapy course was excellent and although I didn't need to know about Animal Hydro it was interesting. The price of the course was unbelievably amazing value and I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. I would totally recommend John Academy and I have signed up for another course! Thank you!

The courses I took were very thorough, I took my time to finish it. The assignments were quiet easy, although had to reference the course as the material is so useful and easy to understand.

Outdated course
Started a Wordpress Design course only to find that it is several years out of date, to the extent that some of the course is impossible to follow due to changes in Wordpress and the plugins specified by the course.
I've edited this review after speaking to support and accepting a refund for the course.

Course not properly received plus inaccessible customer service
I have just received a course with merely unit titles and nothing else from johnacademy.co.uk: completely white, blank pages for all the units.
On telephoning to report this matter I merely reached an ansaphone from which there is obviously no guarantee anybody will phone me back
This is rather poor customer service, in my opinion.

Waste of time and money
It was a complete waste of money. The "course" was few basic slides narrated by AI. There were no handouts or practical examples or exercises. The slides refer to examples that were not there. When I contacted customer service for the missing documents I was told that the issue was raised to the "concerned department" and I haven't heard back from them yet. It's been more than a week. If you're really looking for skill building training, please look elsewhere!
