very pleased with all aspects of ordering with this company

My ordering experience was very easy (over the phone). They were able to look up my order and imprinted wording from last year so that I could get exactly the same item as last year, but in different quantities.

Shipping was very quick - my items arrived several days earlier than expected.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the medallions I received are not all smooth on the edges - some are, but some have semi-sharp parts where the circle must have been trimmed irregularly or the casting overflowed slightly. For the price of the product and the event for which I am going to use them I'm not really worried about it, but I wouldn't be as satisfied if I needed them to look perfect. Last year's turned out better, so this batch may have just been a fluke.

I always wait to the last minute to order all my attendance awards, Jones has never failed me in the last 15 years that I have used there services. Never have received a order that is short an item or wrong item. Always have received my items within a few day's . I am leaving my current position here at Rover Elementary and I am definitely recommending Jones to my successor.

We have done business with Jones School Supply Company for many years but I was highly impressed this year when we ordered laser engraved medals and ribbons around lunch time and they arrived the next day. The order was placed over the phone and everything was completed according to our specifications. The operator was very helpful. It was a while in between orders and she research my previous order and assisted me with my new order.

Jones is extremely fast getting orders out to you. I faxed an order in one afternoon. I was mailed out and received by the next day. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the certificates, pins and medals.

I had a note on my desk Monday morning to order trophies for my Battle of the Books team---to make sure I had them by fifth grade graduation at the end of the month. I had several students whose names were longer than the 12 characters allotted for a line of engraving. I called and was told to send what I wanted engraved for each medal. They did an outstanding job fitting the students names on the medals. One student's entire name couldn't fit on a single line and they made it work by going to 4 lines of engraving. I am extremely pleased with their customer service and engraving work.
