Jones School Supply has always treated me very kindly when I have phoned for information and orders. Always a quick return on items. They are very friendly and organized.

Jones supplied our trophies, plaques and medals for our 2015 science fair. The order arrived very quickly and 100% accurate. We even needed an extra trophy at the last minute and they engraved it and got it to us the next day! Thank you so much!

I always call my orders in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products. Couldn't get a better deal for decent quality items.

The customer service representatives are extremely thorough and courteous. I was given a delivery date that was more than a week, however, I was notified by email later that evening (the same day I ordered) that my order was complete and being shipped. I received my order within 48 hours of my order time. The medals I ordered were extremely nice for the very affordable price! I reviewed my order and later that night I decided to order one more medal. I placed the order for that medal the next afternoon. I received that second order also within a 48 hour timeframe. That short turnover time was amazing to me since all 11 medals I ordered were personalized and only 2 of the 11 had the same personalization. I will totally order from Jones' for my basketball's team next year for our next awards ceremony. The girls loved the items, which of course, was the best part.

I had a 2014/2015 catalog. When I got the bill some of the items were not as marked in the catalog.

I was very impressed with how quick I received my quote and how quick my order arrived. The customer service was excellent. I will use Jones in the future!

This company is super easy to order from. They contacted me by phone immediately when they realized that I had put down the wrong item number. Always courteous, wonderfully helpful people working there. Love ordering from them.

AFTER I placed our small order, I was informed that my organization isn't a "good enough customer" to be billed, and the person on the phone demanded a credit card. When I said I don't have a company credit card, she told me we could do the order COD or cancel it.

As we needed the supplies in question, I said we'd do COD. This turned into a complete, farcical nightmare. We finally got delivery of the supplies, but it required my Department manager writing a personal check to Jones.

When I called to request a receipt so my manager could be reimbursed, I was e-mailed another copy of the invoice. When I e-mailed back and re-emphasized I needed a RECEIPT, I received a snotty phone call condescendingly explaining that we could not get a receipt until the COD had been received from UPS, which would take "at least three more days".

So, fine, I asked that I be sent a receipt as soon as the COD payment was processed.

About four days later, I asked if the payment had been processed, and was INFORMED it had not, and I would have to wait.

TEN days later, I asked again, and finally received the requested receipt, but ONLY because I requested it yet again. Had I not said anything, we would very likely still be waiting for the receipt.

I have worked retail and I have worked telephone customer service, and I was always taught it doesn't matter how big or small customers' purchase is, you treat them well. Clearly, this is not the Jones philosophy, and if at all possible, I will see to it that we do not use Jones again, for anything.

I have used Jones School Supplies for certificates and affordable awards with great satisfaction. They always ship fast and pack with care for a safe arrival.
Prices are great- affordable for a small school by being able to mix and match for a quantity discount.
