My Trike is Great
My Trike arrived well packaged. It was easy to assemble. Had a few teething problems with setting up my screen but the team at Yorvic Trikes were very helpful . Got me set up and ready to go . The whole experience as been great. From a day at the test track to riding locally I would recommend Yorvic Trikes to anyone looking for a trike .

JetE tricycle
I ordered a JetE tricycle from Jorvik during covid without trialling it first (I live in Cornwall). Happily it arrived promptly and was straightforward to assemble. I persevered and after several white knuckle rides gained confidence and can now tackle local tracks and quiet roads to visit the beach or garden centre etc, and make good use of the lovely Camel Trail. The trike feels sturdy and runs well, and when a mudguard strut snapped recently I rang Jorvik and was quickly sent a replacement strut. Riding a tricycle is a great form of exercise (I have Parkinsons) and I would heartily recommend Jorvik.

Buying was easy
First the showroom. All of the trikes they are selling are in an indoor arena and I was encouraged to try out several before one stood out to be the best for me.
Then the people. Terry is clearly a knowledgeable engineer and was able to explain all the details to me, Jake is a physiotherapist and was a great help choosing the right model for me, he was able to organise the paperwork to ensure I bought the trike VAT free.
Excellent quality - sturdy and well built.
I’ve only had it for a week but it’s doing just what I need to improve my fitness and enthusiasm. I have regained my freedom. Well done.

Knowing little about electric trikes we…sought answers
Knowing little about electric trikes we arrived to start and listen to the first lesson read by James ( a genial chap to boot) Nothing was left mystery, explanation flowed , answers given and then the rising lesson. The advantages of Jorvik trike were revealed, the test ride was fantastic, mission accomplished and happily we are now the owners, well the wife is! Well worth a visit, great service, prompt deliver and any other probs instantly solved, we even returned to purchase some "goodies" again a warm welcome, Cheers & thanks to all at Jorvik

I had a really good experience with…
I had a really good experience with Jorvik in the Southampton showroom. Jake was kind and patient, despite mini-bollards destroyed due to both my terrible steering and my puppy (who also had a great time). I really like the tricycle after 25 years of driving a car around London - feels much more safe and stable than my Vespa which is a valid consideration at my stage of life. The increasing nightmare of driving a car with 20 mph speed limits and expensive/difficult parking will also be averted. I will be buying one as soon as I get the secure parking sorted out.

Large variety of models available to test and Jake clearly explained the differences. He changed seating and handlebars to show options. Never felt rushed, tried 2/3 options, very impressed. Only negative was complex branding of the different trikes and the lack of visible or sound feedback that an indicator was working when riding. Worthwile visit.

Excellent experience
Jake patiently showed me the range and came up with the most suitable one for me. The bikes themselves are very well engineered but simple to use. It took a while to ride with confidence so it was useful having the riding area at the show room.

Great experience and product, highly recommended.
My wife cannot join me on walks with our dog anymore so we were looking for something to help get us out and about again. The tricycles are a fantastic route to take.
The large space in Eastleigh to try out the trikes is useful and fun. Jake is friendly and great at explaining everything to us. He narrowed down the surprising amount of options to the one that suits us the best. We went back for a second visit with our dog to check he was not bothered by the tricycles, he loves it! We are training him to run alongside and ride in the back.
Everything was explained with no rush or pressure.
The tricycle was delivered quickly and very well packed, it took a while to unbox!
We have gone for a few walks now and we are very happy with our purchase, it works great across fields and paths and the variable electric assistance means my wife can get exercise without worrying about getting tired part way through.
To sum up, very happy with the product, Jake and the company.

If you are considering a tricycle for mobility, particularly due to health challenges such as Parkinson's Disease, I can highly recommend the Jorvik JMT6. Having personally tested its capabilities on the demanding hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds and during a 56-mile round trip, I found the tricycle to be exceptionally reliable and sturdy. The support of the electric motor proved invaluable for tackling uneven roads and steep cambers, and its robust build handled the countryside conditions with ease.
The Jorvik JMT6 is not designed for speed, but rather for dependability and comfort, which it delivers in spades. The sales team provided excellent advice and support, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. After two years of use, including over 1,000 miles and no repairs, I can confidently say this tricycle is a sound investment for anyone seeking a trustworthy and practical alternative to a conventional bicycle.
