Absolutely the best customer service I have experience in... I don't know when! I was getting, what should have been, a simple quote. It sure turned out to be more complicated. My sales consultant, Lila, was the ultimate professional. She was kind, courteous, patient, and timely in what I'm sure is a very crazy time for everyone. Much appreciated!!!

Our salesman, Zach, and the rest of JTF Business Systems go above and beyond everytime. It does not matter if we are purchasing a new printer or simply ordering toner for an existing model. They are prompt and professional with every call or email. Without a doubt, the best company we have used for our office technology needs!

Great service from Adam at Tamworth JTF. Helped us load our trolley, sourced an item we could only find online, help us load our items into the car, told us (truthfully) what a bargain the BBQ we bought was, and complimented me on my nail poish!

I ordered a printer showing "IN STOCK". Order canceled the next day because it was not, and the item information removed from the website. Seems like they don't update their stock status data regularly; waste of my item registering online just to buy the printer. Bought elsewhere and shipped the same day.

They will go the extra mile to ensure that the customer fully understands all details of the order to include when and how it will be shipped. I was given the job of finding a high volume copy machine. After researching the Internet for three weeks for the top 25 high volume copy machines for our business, I stumbled upon JTF Business Solutions. I used the "Chat Now" feature with JTF Business Solutions. While chatting with JTF Solutions, they asked me to name the features that I would like on a copy machine. The Xerox Workcentre EC7856 is a top-notch copier. After providing the features that I wanted, JTF provided me with a quote the same day. We recently had some issues with our copier and immediately reached out to our Go To TEAM at JTF! Zach has been our representative for years and each time we reach out for any issues he is quick to involve his team of experts to help us out. We are a concert production company that must have our copier for designing purposes at all times. We have several employees using it at any given time. We recently had to get assistance when the machine just quit working. The team at JTF worked diligently and with care to make sure we were up an going as quickly as possible. I received excellent counsel all about numerous options for a 90 in commercial TV for our church. Solomon was the salesman very knowledgeable expert help give these guys five stars for excellent service.

I'm sure many of you reading this review are overworked, in a small office, where you typical wear many hats throughout the day. My JTF rep helped me find a printer and accessories that have greatly improved how long it takes my office to produce reports. Saving our company almost $10,000 in the process. No more spending hours a day on large print jobs or spending hundreds a week at Staples. I cannot recommend this company high enough and will continue to use JTF for all of my printing needs.
