Excellent product information provided to help us determine which machine to purchase, knowledgeable sales staff who want to help us find the best product for our needs, didn't want to sell us something we didn't need. Tech support was prompt, enjoyable to talk to and efficiently helped us set up our scanning. This company is made up of good guys right here in the US.

Gave me an unbeatable price. The customer service I received was equally impressive. I learned the printer I ordered online no longer was in stock, but the employee I communicated with apologized and was diligent about getting another one shipped to me as soon as possible. He also pointed out there was a similar, less-expensive model (without wi-fi) available to be shipped sooner, and it might be adequate for what I need. He was right and saved me a lot of money! Our small office was back up and running quickly.

We bought a new printer from these guys for no other reason than because it was the best price we could find. Then they also had a warranty deal so we figured with what we saved with the purchase we might go-ahead and take a flyer on it for the measly $99 that was otherwise supposedly > $500 value! I typically avoid warranties because it's usually like throwing money out the window. So, never expecting to need it and when we got to a place where actually we did, we didn't then know if it would actually be honored. BUT! We did need the warranty and I have been shocked at how good these guys were at getting us the parts and technician to complete the job. The JTF folks were super-easy and amazing to deal with. I say that because when you're buying online and from people you have no legitimate reason to know whether they're a fly-by-night operation or will stand by their agreements (we had never heard of them, maybe we're the last to learn, we don't know), well, to us doing business with somebody we'll never see is sort of like a flipping a coin to our way of thinking because what's on the other end? Let me put it this way for anybody who's wondering... And also understand I can't guarantee or know they'll treat you as well as they did us. But after being so pleasantly surprised at how well they treated and responded to our warranty needs, it was me that asked them how and where could I give them a good review? I am taking time out to write this because we were so grateful to how they showed zero resistance whatsoever and accommodated everything necessary to efficiently get the printer back into working order with the new parts and arrangements for a technician (that cost us $zero$). So they deserve all of the praise we can give them they have earned this good review. So if you're like I am, skeptical about every single thing you hear or read because this world is just what it is when it comes time to have someone honor their accountability to you if things just don't work out like you expect? All I can say is these guys have been a day of sunshine in an unpredictable marketplace. Now here's something that kinda makes me giggle... Here I am needing to get a printer for my wife and for whatever reason and not until writing this review would have come here first and would have instead been on autopilot and just visited Amazon; that has simply become my habit. But again!! Face palm & duhhh... I will look here first before Amazon after finishing this, to compare and shop for her current printer need (but am unsure if these folks carry printers for personal use - but am about to find out). And hey you guys at the JTF place! If you're reading this check that out, lol... I just had that epiphany at this very moment to use you again. That's your reward, recognition, and incentive to keep up the good work because here is some real-time proof a customer is coming back because you gave an excellent performance, exceeded expectations, and our experience now gives you a return customer, LOL!! We want a printer that is both decent for the office and is also a great machine for printing photo-quality stuff. Plus, all of this review is true. Thank you! :) :) :)

I am a person who will only write reviews if I have had a horrible experience or an exceptional one. I am glad to say that my experience with JTF Business Systems has been exceptional due to the assistance I have received from one individual, "Zach." Although I thought I knew what I wanted when I visited the website, after speaking with Zach, he was able to help me determine exactly the product that I needed...no pressure tactics! Over the months that it took for my agency to decide to purchase, receive, activate and register the equipment, he was there answering my questions in a most professional manner. I never had to speak with or e-mail anyone else for assistance or explain to someone else who I am, what I purchased, provide proof of this or provide proof of that...I don't have time for all of that! I just appreciate service beyond the sale and that is what I experienced with JTF and Mr. Zach. In the future, if I need to purchase anything of this magnitude again, I will not hesitate to contact JTF and I will hope that Zach will still be there.

Zach Connelly has been amazing to work with over the last several months. My school has purchased SMART Boards and Promethean Boards from Zach. He is there to help me with the research part, picking out what is best for our school and students, troubleshooting, and then checking in to make sure all is well. Zach is very easy to communicate with whether it's over the phone or through email. Zach is our go to man with all purchasing needs! Thanks for all you do!

My company purchased a Xerox copier from JTF in October. Jon was very helpful in selecting the right copier. He was very knowledgeable and dedicated to answering all my questions. I highly recommend JTF to everyone!

Whenever I had questions about the printer, whether it was about how to use it, how to install the stapler or hole puncher functions, no matter what, they were always able to answer my questions fast and effectively. The company employees were also very kind and had great customer service.

We had a SmartBoard that we needed a projector for, we contacted JTF Business Systems to order one to find it has been discontinued, our rep, Zach really went the extra mile to find a projector that would work with the SmartBoard we have. Pricing was good and it shipped to us fast. Thanks Zach and everyone at JTF for excellent service and pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have used other companies for my copy machine services and no one came any where near the service that has been provided to us by JTF Business Systems. Sales team as well as office staff are exceptional. Response time on repairs or service is also exceptional. I have nothing but the highest ratings on all aspects of this company. My hat is off to there staff and management. It shows that there employees are happy and work in a good environment. Always very polite and friendly.
