Zach Connelly, JTF's representative was extremely competent in identifying the problem with my printer and getting the replacement part out to my office a.s.a.p. Zach's follow-up was fantastic.

Very helpful and fast responses to questions asked.

I am a small business owner and do not have a lot of time of patience because my to do list is endless. I needed to get a new copier. I wanted to get the same one that I have been using up until now. I leased my first one, but now wanted to purchase one outright. I was afraid of making a mistake. I also did not want to be taken advantage of. I was becoming discouraged. I then made a call to JTF. They listened to my needs and immediately took action to help me. I am so very, very grateful. Their service is exceptional. Jonathan is really there for you. As a small business owner this was a big thing for me to do and JTF made it simple. Will use them again, and again!

This is my 2nd order from JTF and I love these guys. They are very helpful and as always the copier was delivered right on time with great packaging. As for the product it's top notch and has everything I needed for my office. It's compact, easy to install and prints at an amazing speed. Couldn't have asked for a better one at this cost.

I have been doing business with JTF, specifically Matt Matini and Jonathan Bennett for several years and once again they went above and beyond. We were in need of a new copy machine and when approached listened to our needs, answered our questions and came up with a solution which not only saved us money but kept us from purchasing something we didn't need. These guys have proven time and again how valuable they are and I look forward to working with them in the future to supply all our needs.

I was kept in touch every moment in my machine order and was always made sure I was taken care of and satisfied!!!

I can absolutely say JTf is the real deal. We purchased a Xerox 7855 copier in April from Jon and within a week it was delivered and set up. We had a great experience with JTF and definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I recently started a new business and needed a copier so after a quick search I found the JTF website. I looked through a few of the machines on their website but wasn't sure exactly what I needed so I decided to call for some help. I spoke with Jon who was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I asked about different accessories and their functions. He was able to help me determine what I needed, what I didn't and even processed the order for me while I was on the phone! I received my new copier in a few days and couldn't be happier with both the customer service and the equipment. I definitely recommend JTF and will be sure to contact Jon again whenever I need anything else!!

Zach Connelly was extremely helpful and professional.

Purchasing from JTF was a fantastic experience. I did find this unit for less, but I called Zach back because he was fantastic to work with. He received approval to match the price and of course I ordered with him. We received the unit the next day...amazing!!!! Zach knew the product very well and when we first started talking he recommended a unit that would more fit my companies usage. He looks out for the customer and it really shows. He is a huge asset to JTF and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help. I am in the set up process currently on this unit and so far so good. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Zach and JTF in the future. :)

Positive: Product pricing is very competitive with timely shipping. Excellent sales support(Zach Connelly)...also provides quick resolution to open issues.

Negative:Slow turnaround on repair issues.

Mr. Jonathan Bennett was super knowledgeable as well as responsive to any and all questions I had prior to making the purchase. JTF offered best pricing for the KYOCERA system and accessories. It was shipped and received as promised. Pleasure to do business with. Excellent seller. Would highly recommend. Would definitely work future orders with Jonathan and his team.
