Wrong item received informed by lots of emails, asked for refund not one email replied to still owed money!! Shameful company basically fraudsters!!

Terrible quality items, emailed 10 times for a refund but nothing back at all. Do not buy terrible quality items, even if you do receive them you have to pay postage to send back.

What a rip off !!!

I like the colour scheme of this sandal and the general fit. My biggest issue that rated it a 3-star is that the footbed is not flexible at all. It is like walking with snowshoes attached to my feet. So, good for a night out but not so good for hiking or long walks.

Item ordered but not delivered, company make it look like uk based but is in fact chinese company.
They don't answer any emails so I assume that they have conned me out of my money

The goods were ordered from Shopifyemail.com who are in conjuction with Juicecat.
Total Scam. Paid for goods, never received them and the promise of a FULL REFUND never happened

Would give ZERO if it was possible.
Ordered 4 calendars at the begining of November. Got tracking saying it had left China even tho it said it was a UK company.
Calenders never arrived. Luckily I payed through PayPal and managed to get a refund because Juicecat never replied to any emails. 10 in total. Steer clear coz it's a scam!

Ordered two tops the beginning of Nov 2023 still not received them. Emailed company about 6 times but guess what NO REPLY.

Ordered two calendars, didn't turn up, no answer to emails, no refund stay well away

I am disappointed in juicecat, I ordered 2calendars on the 2-11-23 and I’m still waiting, I have emailed them on a few occasions and only had one reply they have ignored me since , I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Ordered on nov 19th. Calendar arrived today from an address in Leicestershire. £15 for a calendar which arrived creased torn and is of absolute poor paper quality and the text printing isn’t even clear it’s blurry. Shocking product DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Really really poor quality product sourced from i suspect the far east - beware and shop elsewhere VERY dodgy

I would give zero stars if I could!
I ordered two calendars months ago i haven’t received them, nor have I had a response to my emails of a refund
I should have known better and places like Instagram shouldn’t advertise these dodgy companies

They had the cheek to ask me to wrote a review but im still waiting for the product. No response from the customer service. Should of known better

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Placed an order for an Elf on the Shelf prop pack on 22nd November and it still hasn’t arrived. They haven’t replied to any of the mails I’ve sent either. APPALLING. AVOID.

I ordered Cat Claw socks. Not only did it take 3 weeks to come. The parcel that came had 2 pieces of plastic tat some key fob beer bottle openers! No socks.
This is allegedly a UK based company and guess what they said when I emailed them. They told me to return them to CHINA- AT MY OWN EXPENSE. I told them they need to refund me asap considering they sent me some unrelated tat. I have written this after my refund has been processed. I think they are relying on people not be motivated to put a request for a refund.
Use a more reliable company and not these charlatans. Wasted my time
