So would seem this is common
Ordered rechargeable 24 in1 screwdriver set and got a manual set which I did not order
Now going through PayPal to get my money back

Well received my items yesterday and like Julie Moseley was sent the wrong screwdriver sets paid for rechargeable and was sent manual.I totally agree with Kiel Lawther something needs to be done about these fraudsters i for one will be posting negative reviews daily about this company or until they rectify my order.

The items i received were no where near what was advertised. Order was placed in july and its now mid november and some items still not arrived and no help from the company.

Do not use this company! Absolute scam!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!

I ordered Halloween Horror Movie Characters Advent Calendar × 2

One of the Advent Calenders only had 3 figures and the other one only had 8 figures in them. I am very disappointed as not only did I have to chase the order as it took so long to arrive and paid £40.17

Also one of the Advent Calenders was a gift...Very disappointed after waiting for so long to receive the order for most of the the figures to be missing

This is not acceptable!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!

I ordered several what I thought were electronic precision screwdrivers as gadget Christmas presents. This was what was shown on Facebook video. I was sent manual screwdrivers. Their returns policy says to contact them to get a returns address. I have sent emails and a contact form from website. All have been returned.i cannot give these as gifts so gave wasted £45.

Delivery took nearly 6weeks, I was expecting 24 lego like scary characters in a advent calendar.

I received 4 lego like characters and 21 pictures of characters on plastic cut outs.

I have photos but the platform isn't letting me add them

ZERO STARS. I decide to purchase the gnome Christmas advent calendar as it promised to reveal a different gnome EVERY day …. that means 25 gnomes! The reality is that you get 3 Gnomes and the rest of the days are filled with small rubber/plastic hanging toy/baubles.
I read things through many times when making, purchases like this and I am definitely correct in my understanding of the advert and there was certainly no picture showing the other plastic items.
Stupidly I was suckered into the buy more get more discount offer and purchased 3 of these advent calendars, none of which I will be passing on to the intended recipients.
As far as I am concerned, I have been duped! To add insult on googling this item it appears on Amazon… who do show all the items in the calendar, so you know exactly what you are buying, and their price is £16.99------ I PAID £24 EACH after discount from JUICE CAT!
This is absolutely not what was initially advertised…. the original advert is now not on-line at JUICECAT.
Be very aware of JUICECAT.

Do not use this company! I ordered a book which never arrived. According to their tracking it had been delivered, however I didn't receive anything. I have sent three emails requesting an update, proof of purchase and a refund and haven't had a response to any of them. Total scam

Latex mask was absolute garbage, very poorly made, not worth more than £1, utter utter rip off save your money.

Would go 0 but can't. Also got scammed for the halloween advent calenders that were not as described. I'm seeking help, other people who got scammed maybe we could do something legally if there are enough of us. Email me @ Besecureposts

Ordered Halloween 🎃 gifts 2nd October, arrived early November, crushed and broken

When you immediately regret buying something without reading the review. Biggest load of tat ever. The Halloween calendar is a total rip off. £25 for literally rubbish. It took a month to arrive missing Halloween almost completely, everything had fallen out of the boxes to the bottom of the box and then the actual “figures” are flat pieces of plastic. Now having to battle with PayPal to try and get my money back.

I believe the reviews were paid for /scams in themselves

Halloween advent calendar was not sold as described

First 4 were lego horror characters (as expected) the rest were just flat resin cutouts. The video ad for the product definitely showed they were 3D and all lego characters

Their Facebook page has since removed most of its content after scamming god knows how many people

I want a refund

If I could give a negative number review, it would still be too kind. Like many others, ordered the halloween lego calender before seeing reviews of this company elsewhere.

Calender box was smaller and of poor quality than advertised, it only contained 4 lego figures, the rest were like a plexi cutout of the other characters, so not as advertised at all.

Disgusting practice from Juicecat, couldn't advise people avoid this company more strongly, scam artists. Trading standards will have a field day.

In bought the Halloween horror movie characters advent calendar which looks like it’s 24 Lego characters from horror films, however, when it’s arrived it’s actually 4 Lego characters and 20 small plastic tabs with characters printed on them. I feel like this has been missold and we’re really disappointed.

I ordered the halloween advent calender in September, it's now November and I still haven't recieved the item. Customer service are ignoring my emails. At this stage I just want to cancel and want a refund

I got the advent calendar as a gift it's not as advertised its a complete waste of money. I'm sure trading standards will be interested as its definitely not as advertised. Shame on you juicecat !!

False advertisement!!!! Be aware you will not get the product that had been advertised. I ordered a large advent gnome calendar and revived a small plastic version. Poor quality and very disappointing

Awful service. Over a month to dispatch. Then they didn't add the address to packaging cor so now been returned to sender.
Customer service take weeks to respond. Basically just thrown away 25 pound for nothing !
