Avoid, bought a Halloween advent gift caladar. Only has 24 days with a 31 day month. Facebook advert just showed large figures whereas there were only 4, the other 20 are small plastic cut outs. Not worth the price. Also very poor communication from the company when we questioned the delivery time. If we could give zero or minus stars then we would.

Ordered the gnome advent calendar - guess we live and learn but wouldn't touch this bunch with a barge pole again. Misrepresented in the ad, cheap, tacky and definitely not worth the money - not worth half the money
Avoid.....

I ordered the lego halloween advent type calendar in September. Contacted the company 4 weeks later as I had heard nothing from them. No reply! Another 4 weeks later the order arrives. Firstly I noticed how much smaller it looked than online.
Well! I have been well and truly ripped off. 4 3D lego figures and the rest are 2d plastic cutouts. The 4 lego ones I got are quite good but the others are a big disappointment. They are never worth the 25 pounds I spent on them with the postage but I'm stuck with them because noone will get back to me. Juicecat customer service are nonexistent, it seems. I'll never use this company again and hopefully this review will be helpful, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Bought 2 Christmas Calendars after seeing an ad on Instagram.
The ad showed them about 2.5ft tall, loaded with Christmas gonks.

They arrived after 4 weeks of ordering, and they are Tiny, and contain 2 gonks, and the rest are plastic rubbish.

I have emailed for an explanation and a refund about 5 times with no response, yet they are bombarding me with advert emails.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Terrible company.

Package arrived damaged and unusable. Contacted juice cat ny email. They initially responded requesting photos of the damaged item which I provided.

Then they ignored me. I sent 4 emails over 3 weeks and through the contact form on the website and they would not respond again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Similar experience to many others. Ordered item on strength of social media ad. Weeks went by without it being shipped. Asked to cancel and to get a refund before it was sent; this was ignored.

Item shipped and finally received today. Out of 24 days of the advent calendar (even though it should have 30 days if it's in the run up to Halloween), 4 pieces of lego, 1 completely empty day and 19 plastic cutouts of a lego.

Misleading advertising of an inferior product, non existent customer service and just an all round terrible experience.

Don't spend any money on this tat as you will not get what you paid for.

Halloween advent calendar arrived and openines this afternoon, it was supposed to arrive before 1 Oct obviously.
Advertised, by the pictures as being full of lego style characters. I actually got four lego characters and the rest were small flat plastic pictures of random rubbish. Some windows didn't have anything in them, others had four or five plastic pictures that are pointless! This is surely false advertising designed to rip people off! Very disappointing and looking at other similar reviews I am surprised this company is still trading!

Like many I ordered the Halloween Advent Calendar. It is yet to arrive and I have asked for a full refund TWICE! Instead of honouring this Juicecat have sent me multiple emails saying "now in shipping" with dubious links that do not work. I now believe this to be a scam and I am seeking to have my money refunded by the fraudulent claims department at my bank

I purchased the Halloween advent calendar after seeing a video ad on social media showing a calendar filled with “LEGO-Like” minifigures. Two weeks after ordering, I still hadn’t received so checked the tracking link and it hadn’t even been dispatched. Emailed Juice Cat requesting cancellation of my order and a refund. I didn’t receive a response and suddenly my item was dispatched. The calendar arrived today so I started opening, day one, Freddy minifigure, really happy. Day two cheap plastic cut out of a clown??? Continued to open all of the windows finding all but two to contain these cheap plastic picture cut outs and to top it off, two days were empty. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I have ordered some calendars for Christmas presents.
No idea when they are arriving, I have emailed and asked but no reply.
Will give them a few more days, before I cancel & hopefully get my money back.
Very bad service, I feel.

Absolute joke! Ordered a Halloween advent calender a month ago and still not showing as shipped and zero response to two emails asking for an update. Time to speak to my visa company to get a refund.

Ordered a Halloween advent calendar in September. Only just arrived now. Has three figures in and the rest are pictures of minifigs printed on thin clear plastic. Obviously a con - wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.

Apart from waiting 4 weeks for the Halloween advent calendar. When it arrived I was so disappointed! A small flimsy box with all the TINY figures rattling around in the box. I'm embarrassed to give this to my daughter! Absolute waste of money 😡😠

So, did everyone else who has been waiting patiently for the Halloween Calendar get slapped in the face with disappointment today too?

The sponsored Facebook posts with the video of contents (with the many minifigures being unboxed and built) has conveniently been removed too, so that’s somewhat unsurprising really.

I did get a laugh out of every empty door I opened right enough. Then a bigger laugh when I saw the crap contents all sitting huddled in behind a handful of doors keeping each other company.

Still trying to figure out what horror movie Freddie Mercury was in though!

Absolute joke. The magnetic dolls and outfits are nothing like advertised. Not in a book form. The size is smaller than a hand size. Poor quality and not worth the price. Feel like I've been scammed.

Review: Advent Gnome Calendar - Total Scam!

This advent Gnome calendar is absolute rubbish. The size was not advertised correctly, and what arrived was far smaller than expected. It’s a complete scam, and I would warn anyone against wasting their money on this product. Clearly, no effort was put into the design or quality – it’s a cheap knockoff. If you’re looking for a festive experience, look elsewhere. Do not use this company, they’re just oxygen thieves taking advantage of customers.

Ordered a Gnome advent calendar advertised as full of Gnome, 4 Gnomes and 20 rubbish tiny plastic Christmas things recieved.
