Like others, I have been duped by their facebook and website advertising of their Halloween calendar.

Photos on website do not reflect the contents AT ALL, it is false advertising.

Ordered 24th Septeber, received 3 weeks later from China.

Would give -1 star if possible
Ordered 3 battery screwdriver set at £7.99 each.
Discount for ordering 3 at £17.99.
They took £45.90.
Appealed through PayPal.
PayPal refused appeal.
Sorry PayPal you have let me down.
Happy to pay advertised price.

Ordered the Halloween horror movie advent calendar. Photos online show lego style figures of Halloween characters.
What an utter load of rubbish has come. Not one movie character in sight. Ideal if you are 5 and want lots of craft style tat.
Juicecat website - absolute shopping scam - they need shut down

It's difficult to believe that this company is operating in good faith but time will tell. I ordered four calendars from them and was sent one, which was not the correct one. This should be a straightforward matter of refunding me or sending me the correct items as per my order if they are able to do so. They offered me 50 percent off, which is deeply insulting. I will write a better review when and not until the matter, which is currently in the hands of PayPal, is resolved to my satisfaction. Update 8.11.24 They lied to PayPal, who have now closed the case so I have sent a PayPal request for a full refund. They are blanking me.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!
Ordered the Halloween advent calendar on the 28th Sept. Not received it yet! I emailed and filled in a contact form but never heard back!
I’m now disputing the payment with my credit card company.

I should have looked at the reviews before buying the screwdriver set, iv received nothing sent several emails, a total scam, im waiting to see the advert again to leave some truthful feedback, stay clear...

I thought I was buying a 24 gnome advent calendar £27 each however it consists three gnomes and the rest is tiny plastic hanging ornaments. I could have bought this for £10 on Amazon. Absolutely rubbish

So wish I had seen these reviews before ordering! I ordered the Christmas gnome calendar and the only place it is going is the bin. Absolutely cheap rubbish with pathetic tiny plastic toys. A few gnomes absolutely tiny, cheap and shoddy. Worst purchase I have ever made!

I brought the logo halloween Callander on offer, it took much longer than it was advertised to arrive and when I got it, it wasn't even mini logo figures inside just some badly made plastic halloween themed little toys you would give kids I wish I never fell for this scam and I hope other people read this so they don't fall for it like it did.

The fact that after a month I still haven't received my package, contact them with no response, I could go on & on

I ordered the miniture drill set shown in the advert.
When I finally got it yesterday, it was totally wrong.
I got a miniture screwdriver set instead.
Total scam.
I advise others not to purchase from.
Never use them again.

I ordered a Halloween Calendar on 28th September, it is now 11th October and I have not received it. I have emailed and filled in a contact form with no response from Juicecat. I am very disappointed.

Stay clear of this company.... I wasted money on the GONK ADVENT CALENDAR.
The box looks nothing like the photo they show in their shop. So I checked the contents. OMG what a CON!

These people should be closed down.

I ordered a doll dressing book from JUICECAT
When jt was delivered the outer packaging was torn and the inner packaging along with the item was damaged and tatty. This cost me £14.98 including the p and p!!
I cannot give this to my granddaughter for Christmas as intended……..it would be an insult as it’s that bad. The size is so small and as said before the item is damaged
The size of the item is not given in the advertisement and this is very misleading.
I have requested a full refund including the p and p and have advised that I will not be paying any more money to this company….if they want the product back then they can organise that. This company has sent an email today offering me a 30% refund which i will not accept.
After looking at reviews that I have just found online, it would seem that this company is known for its scamming people!!!

I feel generous, giving a one star review. My gnome advent calendar arrived today and it’s basically a load of rubbish plastic gnomes and one fabric gnome which is contrary to the trade descriptions act avoid at all costs.

I ordered a 2025 calendar and received 2024 editions. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and so far they have offered for me to keep the calendars and have a 50% refund which in my view is not acceptable because this is their error and not mine!

This Company is clearly running a scam operation and should be removed from any social media platforms.
Christmas Gnome Advent calendar arrived and it was basically an old stock Advent calendar with cheap plastic toys that Juicecat had then stuffed 3 small gnomes into the packaging afterwards to try and pass it off as being gnome themed as advertised, scandalous.
Also, unsurprisingly no response to any of my emails to the so called customer services team.
DO NOT USE

Sent 6 emails to cancel item and not once had a reply from anyone, purchased the gnok calender well my steering wheel was bigger as opened parcel in car to find small crappy calender, complete waste of money now waiting for a dreaded refund!!!

SCAM. I foolishly didn't read reviews and purchased The No Grid Survival Book. £20! They didn't even send me a confirmation email with a tracking number. I have sent 5 emails asking for the book or a refund and have had neither. These are criminals and need to be shut down!
