I ordered a Screwdriver Set which I have not received I can’t phone to speak to anyone. I paid £1 to track my order this was a con and the tracking company have charged me £24.90 which I didn’t sign for they will not refund me the £24.90. I’m 81 and found the whole process difficult. Similar to other reviewers, I ordered three Gonk advent calendars for my nieces and am so disappointed with what I have eventually received.
Do not be fooled by the marketing of these advent calendars, when they finally arrived they were even smaller than a standard size advent calendar and there is a total of 3 gonks behind the 24 doors on each of the calendars. The other gifts are just random small rubber tree decorations. This was not what I was expecting for the large amount of money they cost me. Will not be using this company again. Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand.

Scammers!!! Do not buy from this company. Total rip off!

Bought the Taylor Swift advent calendar. They showed photos of the contents of the advent calendar and I can confirm they are nothing like the real life contents. More than £20 for absolute toot. Such a sham and it’s the little girl who it was intended for that you are deceiving and ripping off. Also took ages to arrive.

It appears like all the other reviews on here I too was duped into believing my granddaughter would be opening a window to a cute gnome each day leading up to Christmas. Oh my, what arrived is budget to the core! Bad everything…..please do not get scammed as we all have!!!

Ordered a Christmas gnome calendar absolutely terrible quality and not as advertised only 3 gnomes in calendar the rest were tiny cheap looking rubber Christmas ornaments …..Do not order from this company its a scam !

I ordered the gnome advent Calendar and what arrived was not what was advertised. Same as others on here, 3 gnomes and a load of cheap plastic toys. Will not be using this company again

I bought the gnome advent calendar and it is totally not what they advertised. They say there is a gnome behind each door when in fact there are only 3 gnomes and the rest is a load of tiny plastic tat

Absolutely rubbish not even worth a pound

Ordered a mask for Halloween, but what arrived bares no resemblance to what I ordered. I sent them photos, but have had no reply. I should have known better. Why these companies can’t be shut down beats me. Anyway, my advice is do not use this company.

Absolute scam company. What you receive is not what is advertised. Shoddy 2D tiny figures - not the 3D figures shown on their ads. Do not use!

I ordered well over a month ago and still haven’t received my goods. Was advised I would receive a dispatch email and even that hasn’t been issued. Emailed customer service twice with no reply. Lesson learned never order from Instagram adverts. What a waste of 80 euro.

The item I received wasn't the item I ordered, they have offered a partial refund but it's still not the item
I ordered and I don't want it, they've tried to get me to accept it by saying that I would have to pay to return it, no they supplied the incorrect item so they should pay for it's return, the answer is Do not buy from this company

I ordered kids washable makeup set . On receiving it today 27/09/24 not even packed securely. The box itself was battered ripped an squashed . And makeup box scratched. For the price which I thought was expensive an it is a Christmas present. I am very very disappointed and angry 😠 how it arrived. Definitely will not use this company again!!!!!

I received the gnome advent calendar and Halloween calendar today. I was worried it wasn’t coming as other Facebook sites had bad feedback. This facebook ad had surprisingly no feedback despite many people saying how good they looked. 1st the Halloween calendar there were three gnomes none particular halloween related. All similar to the one in door 13 of the Christmas classic, and pictured in the video and various plastic halloween shapes. I actually like it (not the gnomes though) and if I actually wanted two the same I would buy again. But not at price I paid. The Christmas one on the other hand I don’t like, again there are three gnomes all the same in different pattern hats, nothing like the picture on advertisement. These three gnomes do not even fit in the advent calendars holes in fact they are stuffed in what appears as an after thought on top of the other Christmas toys. The box is bulging they clearly don’t belong in it. Would I buy again that depends. As a non gnome advent calendar, knowing what I was buying and £20 cheaper yes, but I am really disappointed as I was expecting 24 different gonks. The boxes came really damaged in the post and many doors forced open on the Halloween one. Please note these are not suitable for young children as these are a choking hazard. They are seriously over priced for what you get and nothing like you think you are getting based on the advert

It was not what I ordered The advert said it was a drill and screw driver but that didn't come just a small screwdriver set no drill no charger etc I will never us them again they don't even deserve 1 star

Don’t order from them. Adverts on instagram for Taylor Swift calendar look amazing. IT WAS NOT! Poor quality card. Very flimsy and not worth the money they are charging at all.
