Ordered November 2023 and the item has never arrived despite contacting the company and being told there was a delay due to popularity and would be delivered asap.

Another store conning people. Ordered the Gnome calendar and nothing like the description or video. These people should be put away. Disgusting and will be taking further

My mum ordered me the booklover’s advent calendar which was such a lovely gift, £24 in total, and it honestly ruined our day.

Arrived three weeks later, did not contain any of the gifts shown on the video, all it had was some really trashy cardboard cutouts that didn’t even fit into the slots.

It angers me more than anything that they scammed my mum. Such shamelessness and cowardice that they don’t even respond to emails or customer support. Humans can be so cruel.

Please don’t waste your money and buy from a website you at least have heard of!

Not even worth one star. Wish I had read the reviews first. The Book Lovers Advent Calendar is a complete rip off - just cardboard rubbish you have to put in the envelopes yourself.

If I could I wouldn't even give this rip-off company 1 star. I ordered two 2025 calendars from them. After waiting over a month for them to arrive, they'd sent me 2024 calendars, despite the order confirmation saying 2025. I have emailed them countless times and used their online contact form but no response. Wasted my money on this rubbish company. Avoid at all costs!

This was advertised as a Halloween advert filled with Halloween themed Gonks.

It arrived in a terrible state, with windows already opened, there are a limited number of Gonks that are not what I would say are Halloween themed. Instead it is full of little plastic Halloween figurines which are not gonks, nor do they fit in the little spaces in the plastic tray that holds each days item.

I wish I had made up an Advent myself with stuff from craft stores and Temu!

Save your money, ignore the adverts

Buyers beware, I ordered a USB chargeable mini cordless screwdriver, but they sent a small manual kit that I can get at any car boot. Utter false advertising, ripped off and peeved off.

What a waste of money! I paid over £30 for the book lovers advent calendar. It arrived today and all you get is some cheap cardboard cut outs as the gifts - most of which don’t even fit into the inserts.

Contacting the company is useless too as they just don’t respond.

Do not buy from this company. All the stuff comes from China and they’re probably not even licensed to trade. They’re just a bunch of rip off merchants. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

I’ve definitely learnt the hard way to read the reviews on future before buying.

Not even worth 1 star!
Bought a present for our granddaughter's birthday. It arrived late and when we opened it, it was broken. It was made of flimsy plastic and nowhere near worth the money we paid.
Along with any others commenting here I advise not to buy anything from this company until it improves it's source of materials. It is simply cheap rubbish imported from China.

Bought jumpsuit. Utter s@&t. Ordered the biggest and got the smallest. Weird material which was nothing like the IG ads. Heard nothing back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM JUICECAT.

Ordered the hear we f****** go again calendar for next year but the dates in it are geared towards holidays in the USA with holidays such as Independence Day and the Mother’s Day being in May. Says it’s made in the USA but it’s shipped from China. Couple of the dates are wrong like Feb 27 2025 says leap day but it’s not a leap year. Wouldn’t order again and won’t use. Needs to be better advertised to be specifically for the ISA

This sweater was so cute! But when it came it was unusually heavy. When I pulled it out of the bag it left a strange residue on my hands. Should have sent it back but again, so cute! So I washed it and wore it the next day. Long story short woke up the next day and my arms and torso are incredibly swollen and red and burning. It shows the pattern of where I pulled the sleeve up so I know it was from the shirt. Whatever this thing was coated in is terrible. Do not buy this!

I order 4 pairs of dungarees before I read the reviews! I got to say I’m really pleased with them , I wasn’t expecting them to be as good quality as they are.

Don’t waste your money.
I Ordered several items from this company and neither were remotely like the advert. All goods are cheap rubbish imported from China.
Unlike most companies they wont accept returns and WILL NOT refund your money. I was offered 30%.
It’s a pity they are allowed to operate.

Don't buy anything from this company another swindling Chinese company. The best way to deal with them is to claim a refund using PayPal

I ordered several items for my grandchildren from this company. They took forever to get here and only arrived after a threat to report them to trading standards.
When the items arrived they were absolute trash. The boxes were all broken, the items I purchased certainly were not worth what I paid and were nothing like the pictures on their site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Company is a rip off.

Ordered two books and like all those before they didn't arrive. Avoid at all cost
