Do not trust the quotes unless you get it in writing from the driver or someone affiliated with the company. They overcharge (that's an understatement).
Got the job done. The driver of the vehicle said that the vehcile is not even half full with our load so it shouldn't cost much. Then I got a reciept of £330 which is for full load. I had emailed them asking for a clarification but nobody ever replied. I paid that because I had no other choice. It felt somewhat like a scam. I would urge others to be cautious before using dodgy services because I was not and lost money.

To clarify, the £330 you were charged is inclusive of VAT. Our standard rate for a full load is £330 + VAT (£396 inc), so you were charged below the full-load rate. Charged what they said they would, showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would. Every email was answered promptly, by someone who knew what they were talking about, and the guys who showed up were good humoured, careful of the property, efficient and effective.
