Very very difficult to plan with
Very very difficult to plan with, they only wanted to give us a full day window for them to get by. Don't understand how we are the ones paying and we need to accommodate a 12 hour window. I'd rather get a different company next time that can adjust more to us

Just to clarify, we do offer more specific time slots, including 3-hour and 5-hour windows, to make scheduling easier and more predictable. However, in this instance, the booking was arranged via the property manager, who opted for the standard full-day window and declined the additional cost for a narrower time frame.
We always aim to be as accommodating as possible, but time-slot scheduling does involve additional logistical planning, which is why it's offered as a chargeable option.
That said, I’d really like to avoid this sort of inconvenience in the future. If helpful, I’d be happy to arrange a quick call to discuss how we can better align with your needs moving forward and ensure your expectations are met from the outset.

Reliable service
Junkwize arrived on time and carried out the removal very quickly and with no fuss. This is the second time I have used the service and they have reasonable fees and are reliable. I would definitely call Junkwize again and would recommend them without any hesitation.
