Great Service
Good, responsive customer service; quick collection and collection guys were helpful. Invoicing after collection worked well, as we ended up finding more stuff on the day and it would have been a hassle if they had refused to take it

Junk wise were great
Junk wise were great , really impressed with them . They had to dismantle the sofa a bit in order to get it out of the door . But worked quickly and got the sofa out successfully. I would thoroughly recommend them

Very impressed
Very impressed! From ease of booking, to a lovely pair of employees collecting our old queen bed and mattress (taking extra care around our artwork on the stairs) to absolute ease of payment by clicking a link and paying by Apple Pay…no need for BACS/writing down sort codes, account numbers, etc.
Thank you ever so much for making this a stress free job, especially with a 6 month old baby at home; very much appreciated and I won’t hesitate to use again.

Misleading prices on website
Their website gives a price for a load of a certain size, I asked for a quote and it was 50% more. When queried I was told 'we decide the price when we see the load.' In other words, the price on the website is to get you in and after that you've no idea what you'll pay.

Our website clearly outlines that pricing is based on both volume and weight of the waste. When you provided us with two images, our team estimated the volume to be approximately 1 cubic yard; however, the weight was estimated to exceed 50 kg, which is the maximum limit for that size category. Because of this, you were quoted for the next price range. This is not a case of changing prices arbitrarily—it is a reflection of the actual weight of the items as assessed from the images you supplied.
We do not “decide the price when we see the load” to increase costs, but rather to ensure quotes are fair and aligned with the actual waste collected. Our goal is always to provide accurate estimates based on the information we receive, and this is why weight and material type are considered during assessment.
If there was any misunderstanding regarding our pricing structure, we would be happy to explain it further and ensure it is fully understood. Our commitment remains to be transparent and fair with all our customers.
