Stay away! Ordered sympathy basket with blooms, greenery, etc. for my sister, on death of her husband. What was delivered was a potted plant. No blooms, just a snake plant type thing. Called service, they said they had right to substitute if what I had ordered wasn't available at that city. Refused to re-deliver something more appropriate, gave us back $15 on a $106. Do a Google search on their reviews. Wish I had.

I appreciate the delivery of flowers to a brother in law,in a busy time. I was a little disappointed that the bouquet I chose wasn't available. But the other bouquet as substitute worked out. I didn't have the phone number of the person receiving the flowers, but, luckily they were still delivered!

Beautiful fresh flowers. On time delivery. The arrangement was huge and has lasted a long time.

This florist responded positively when others turn away at delivering to a remote location. The flowers were fresh and arranged as depicted on the website.

I ordered some flowers for my sister to be delivered to Burke Health. I asked her later if she liked her flowers and she said that she did not get any flowers. Asked her what time she discharged and she said close to 5 pm.
Just flowers said they were unable to deliver the flowers because the patient discharged at 2pm. THe biggest lie EVER- I guess they forgot that the discharge paper is time stamped. THen if this wasnt enough, I told them to cancel the order because she does not live near the hospital and they had the audacity to tell me they will refund my money minus $30 because the flower shop made the bouquet already. ANd all their pathetic customer service and supervisor kept saying is sorry but they are still taking my $ 30. Stay away from them!!!!!!!!

The flowers arrived within the 4-hour window (express delivery selected) and were very pretty. They did have to make a couple of substitutions, which I was notified of by e-mail, including the color of the vase. But the overall blue & white color scheme remained and the bouquet got lots of admiration!

Flowers for my wife’s birthday were delivered on time. Flowers were correct and fresh. Vase / decor was very nice.

The flowers got there on time.I do appreciate that, because I could not make it. I did not get any response back on the presentation. So I cannot comment.

I got the flowers for my sister for her birthday, however I paid 15 dollars for some candy that she never received, was very disappointed but otherwise the flowers were beautiful

The memorial plant - world peace-- was delivered on time to my brother-in-laws address. he said it was beautiful a he liked it

The arrangement was larger and prettier than I had expected. I ordered it from a photo for a male friend's birthday. He called me to say beautiful and impressive the arrangement was.
Also, the arrangement was delivered on time.

The arrangement was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen from an online order before. Everything was gorgeous and even the Ballon matched the flowers. 10 out 10 would recommend!!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHITTY COMPANY. THEY ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL & CANNOT FUFILL EXPECATIONS. I PURCHASED A FLOWER ORDER FOR OVER $100 & PAID $30 FOR DELIVERY FEES. THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED & PHONE CALL/EMAIL WAS NEVER MADE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & TO SAVE A HEADACHE, DON'T ORDER THROUGH JUSTFLOWERS!!!!!!!

My experience with JustFlowers.com has been so bad it's mind boggling. I wanted to send flowers to my sister, she is in hospice care with only days left, so I wanted to give her something to maybe make her smile. I called what I thought was a local florist because I wanted to ask for special instructions. I asked the girl on the phone if "this was the actual florist shop in town or a call center" she said it was the flower shop not once but 3 times. Straight up lied! Of course I didn't find out until I got my receipt at the end. But I thought okay, I at least made my special request. My sister received her flowers later that day, so I asked my nephew to send me a picture, I wanted to make sure it was what I ordered. Well let me tell you it was not even close!!! It was small, basic, it was supposed to have some butterflies, bright colors and a balloon. The only thing I can say, out of everything I thought she was getting, it did have flowers. Ugly but flowers. I spent $105 and I could have gotten a better arrangement at the grocery store. When I contacted them they offered to credit the balloon and $15 for my inconvenience. What a joke! So beware when dealing with this company because they also told me that pictures on their website is just examples. They don't guarantee that you get what you order. What a bunch of scammers!! If I could have reviewed them with minus stars I would have.
