They were a day late with the delivery and forgot to include a card to say who it was from.
However, the flowers were beautiful so a B for that.

Order no where like the photo on order page, the arrangement was flat in the back, was show going all around arrangement.

I went online and ordered a beautiful bouquet with vase of lavender flowers, was supposed to be delivered that same day. These flowers were for my husband's best friends wife, who just found out she had stage 4 cancer so we were trying to make her smile. I had to contact just flowers, they never called or emailed me, finally they delivered a dozen red roses 2 days later. They did finally text me Sunday morning saying they were substituting roses and vase for what i picked out, i said i want lavender roses than...NOPE, they couldn't even do that. I told them red roses are something you send to a wife/ husband/ boyfriend... someone you love....so I was very upset with this whole situation. Will NEVER use them again....so very disappointing, all the way around. They're answer to all this...we can give you a $15 credit back on my card....BS....i payed more than that for just delivery fee....what a joke.

Bait and switch and call you demanding more money and try to turn ordering flowers into a negotiation. Never order from them.

The site was easy to use. They keep you updated on the order. The person that received the flowers said the basket was delivered on the time that it said it would be and the basket was beautiful.

I ordered some flowers for my friend. It was sentimental bouquet to honor her son. The flowers I ordered were not available. They called and made sure to get the bouquet to be as close to the picture as possible using a different flower shop. They called and let me know what flowers were available and to get my approval before making the bouquet. My friend loved it and I am happy they were so willing to make my order the way I wanted it for my friend. Thank you.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before my uncle's memorial service, and they were never delivered. One hour before his service, I got a call from JustFlowers stating they were unable to deliver. They offered a $10 credit to have the flowers delivered to the family's home, or a courtesy call. You don't get a do-over on a memorial service. Terrible customer service. Choose another florist ALWAYS!

I ordered flowers for a relative’s birthday. She sent me pictures & they were more impressive than the one on the website. I would definitely recommend them!

I have used JustFlowers twice...the first time it was perfect! Delivered fresh and on time!! My mom loved it. The second time...I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered by 1pm and to hand deliver or ring the doorbell. Nope...no knock, no bell, and the only reason she knew she got flowers was that I called her at 5pm! Records show a deliver time of AFTER 2pm. Luckily the weather wasn't too hot on her cement porch :( Customer service apologized a lot and refunded my express payment but am still on the fence if I will use them again

You never know what youre going to get, being so far away... and my folks, who have dementia and alzheimers and live in a facility received the flowers and remembered to tell me how pretty they were. The flowers made such a good impression, I know the company did a great job and most likely sent what was in the photo. I appreciate that.
