You never know what youre going to get, being so far away... and my folks, who have dementia and alzheimers and live in a facility received the flowers and remembered to tell me how pretty they were. The flowers made such a good impression, I know the company did a great job and most likely sent what was in the photo. I appreciate that.

The flower arrangement I ordered was for our daughter's birthday. It was delivered, just as I had asked, on my order. The picture she sent us was even more beautiful than what was shown online! I would highly recommend Just Flowers to anyone!

It was late and I had tried to send a plant earlier that day without success. The area I was trying to get a plant to was not close to any large City. When I found Just Flowers and was told they could get a plant to the location that I needed the next day, I was delighted.

it was a last minute experience - all the local flower shops in that area either were not answering their phones or i received a recording that the number was no longer in service - tried 5 or 6. tried your site - had a good selection, was able to get flowers delivered the same day.

I really have no idea if this floral delivery went well or not. It was delivered to my Aunt who is in an assisted living facility. The staff might have mis-layed them as they arrived on Labor Day. My Aunt didn't get them till way past her birthday. But I hope they were nice.....

Extremely disappointed with JustFlowers.com. I ordered an arrangement specifically for my parent's anniversary, but it arrived a whole 5 days early. What good is a time-sensitive milestone gift if it shows up way before the actual day? By the time the anniversary arrives, the flowers were already wilting, and the early arrival completely ruined the surprise. When I complained, customer service offered me a insulting $5 refund on a $70 order. I declined. 2 stars for the actual bouquet which was very pretty, but terrible scheduling and awful customer resolution. I will be avoiding them in the future

I only left one star because you couldn’t leave none. I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday at 8am and requested delivery by 3. At 3:00 I called to see the status and they notify me they would not be delivered that day. Instead of calling earlier to let me know it wasn’t possible so I could get them ordered elsewhere they offered me $10 to deliver them tomorrow. Very horrible service. Do not order from them.

Just Flowers is very easy to work with. Their customer service is spot on and communicates well with the customer. Shipping was completed as promised. I would recommend them based on their offering, attention to detail and delivery of product!

The care after sale and involved a Holiday which no florists were not available to help deliver the flowers to the recipient on the requested day. They continued to persevere to get the delivery accomplished.
